We noticed a leak in our water heater and called Chris at Urban's (and other vendors as well). After describing the problem and indicating that we needed an urgent repair, Chris maneuvered his schedule to accommodate us. He did the work expeditiously and answered all of our questions - some involving other areas of plumbing. Very courteous and helpful. We would certainly call him back in the future.

In addition, his pricing for the work was very competitive.

It was a positive experience for us to work with him.

Chris was punctual and his quality of work is excellent.  There was some damage done to the top of our clothes dryer during installation of the new gas line.  We made Chris aware of the damage after he left our house and he said he would pay to repair the damage.  Our clothes dryer was only about 6 months old.  We had a new top to our clothes dryer installed.  Chris reimbursed us for the part and labor to install it.  We emailed him the bill on the day we had the clothes dryer repaired and we received a check in the mail the very next day.  What great follow-up.  It is so refreshing to have an honest, reliable and dependable person come to your home to do work.  We have referred Chris to family and would not hesitate recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber.
