After contacting them the second time I received some options and estimates quickly. Made a choice and had custom DVD headrests installed. The end product looks nice and so far has functioned fine. Installation was neat and clean with no problems that I was aware of. Always seemed polite and professional.

Description of Work: Approximately 1 1/2 years ago had heated seats installed in 2003 Honda pilot. The work was done as promised, on time and on budget. Experience was excellent, people were great and seats heat is grand. This month the drivers side seat stopped heating. We called and were told to bring it in and they would look at it and tell us what was needed to repair. Took Pilot in this morning. They checked the seat and found a bad switch. Replaced it and told us it was under warranty, N/C. All within 20 minutes. Seat works great again. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. We expected to pay for repair so being told it was covered under warranty was a bonus. Great people, great company to work with. I highly recommend them.
