TILE WITH STYLE

Experience was very positive from initial contact for estimate through completion of the job. Lonnie went out of his way to expedite the job, including making two trips (because the vendor could not find my order the first time) to pick up the materials and scouring alternative sources of grout when my vendor failed to deliver my complete order. In spite of these setbacks, Lonnie kept my job on schedule with a smile. Because he went so far above and beyond his normal responsibilities, I paid him $100 extra in appreciation. I am saddened, however, with Lonnie's failure to stand behind his work. I reported a small problem to him shortly after the job was done and put no pressure on him to come right out and fix it (a loose piece of tile at a doorway). Since then, some of the grout has been cracking and chipping out. I have made numerous calls to Lonnie over the past eight months. He has never returned any of them.
