They were outstanding. I wasn’t at home when they put in the furnace, but my tenant was here. She said that they were really nice. Their price was good because my brother said that he paid $2800 for his furnace. I got a real cheap furnace. What I liked about them is that I was on vacation and my tenant called me on a Tuesday or Wednesday and they were here by Friday. They put the furnace in as she had no heat. I didn’t even know that it was done. They just called and asked me to pay for it and that’s how I got to know that it was done. They were very prompt. I would use them again in the future.

Teko impressed me. They were dependable and friendly. They showed up on time and they cleaned up after themselves. I was completely happy with the services I received and would surely recommend their services to others. I can not comment on what we paid them. My wife would have taken care of paying the bill. I will say that we shopped around so they would have been one of the lower estimates we had received.

I cannot comment on what this company may charge for their services. The work they did for me was covered under my CIO Program which is a state program that helps people who need assistance with home repairs. They are very good to work with. They have good listening skills and do what they are told. I felt quite pleased with the work they did for me.

Now, they are trying to charge me additional money to fix their mistake. They tried to tell me that I had to pay $60 for the service call and then another $500 for repairs. There is also a digital component on my system that is not working properly and I just had to pay $100 to Carrier to look at my broken boiler. I am not a satisfied customer because their work is obviously not good. I didn't find them rude or impolite but I am not satisfied in general. Now, I did not pay them directly. I am part of a state winterization program and they paid them based on my coverage through my policy with them. I have tried to get in contact with them too and they dodge my calls. They just did not want to get stuck having to do the work when my warranty would have covered it all.

"DEAR MEMBER, THIS POSTING IS IN RESPONSE TO YOUR NEGATIVE RATING CONCERNING SERVICE ON YOUR HEATING SYSTEM. FIRST ITEM OF CONCERN REGARDS REUSING THE CIRCULATION PUMP ON YOUR BOILER SYSTEM. WHEN THE STATE BUYS A BOILER FOR A WEATHERIZING CUSTOMER, IT ONLY PAYS FOR A NEW BOILER (NO PUMPS). THIS WEATHERIZING PROGRAM IS A BID PROCESS AND THERE IS NO ROOM TO GIVE AWAY A FREE PUMP IN THE PROCESS. AS FOR THE CIRCUIT BOARD FOR $500, YOU HAD TO PURCHASE IT BECAUSE THE WARRANTY PERIOD ON THE BOILER HAD RUN OUT. I AM SORRY THAT THIS PART FAILED AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD (I HAD TO PULL TEETH TO GET THIS BOARD FLOWN IN AND INSTALLED IN 3 DAYS), BUT MARGINS ARE VERY TIGHT IN THIS FREE BOILER PROGRAM AND I AM TRULY SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS HAS CAUSED YOU AND YOUR FAMILY."

Our new boiler works super. They are super professional, extremely courteous and very helpful. They answered our questions gladly and their prices are more than fair. They work very hard to make the installation process go smoothly.

Jack is the guys name and he seems to be very good at what he does. I am happy with everything. I have no complaints, questions, or problems with a single thing. I seem to be pretty content with the way things have turned out. I enjoyed the service and the company as well. I would probably give Teko a recommendation.

Tom Cizmas took the time with us to decide what was best for us and our home. He let us know what to expect for the removal of the old units and the installation of the new. He returned any phone calls with questions very quickly. We felt very comfortable with Tom and with his crew. They were very punctual, polite, professional and quiet. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and completed the work sooner than the estimated time. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, courtesy and price. We would definitely use Teko Mechanical again.

THEY ARE GOOD GUYS, THEY EXPLAINED IT WELL AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME SERVICES I DIDN'T NEED, THEY ONLY DID WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE IN ORDER TO KEEP THE SYSTEM GOING. THEIR PRICING WAS FAIR AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. I COULD TRUST THEM TO DO THE JOB WITHOUT ME BEING THERE, WHICH IS IMPORTANT.
