They always call the night before to verify. It takes about half the day to complete the job. It does get very messy with the grinding of the porcelain tub and iron inner portion. They clean up the worst of it and the rest is usually just the dust. Some people don't like the epoxy fumes or the noise so the tenant arranges to be out during the day. When it is done and cleaned up, it looks like it has always been that way.
