Suddath Relocation Systems

Whenever we telephoned to schedule an opening of the storage crate, the office staff at Suddath were always courteous and knowledgeable and accommodating. They were also quite patient with our waffling about what to do with our furniture. Staff went out of their way to make it easy and convenient for us to look at our items. The warehouse staff, especially Eric and Jeremiah, were very competent and good-humored -- and very, very helpful. When we finally removed the last items from storage, Eric and his assistants even helped us load our two cars with the items. They are an excellent company and we would not hesitate to use them again if we needed to store furniture we valued.

Overall, they were pretty responsive, and the movers did a pretty professional job. We had a rep who was just for us to handle all our issues from start to finish. She was pretty responsive. The sales rep who came to our house was also pretty good, except that he told us certain things were good enough quality to be covered and they weren't. Overall, pretty good.

They arrived promptly when they were scheduled to come. They were very polite and walked me through all the paperwork then asked me questions as to what I wanted done with the items. I told them were to put the items (Washer/Dryer/Sofa) and they put them exactly where I wanted them then they unpacked everything else and put them neatly inside the garage where I had told them to then once everything was uncovered they cleaned everything up packing all the trash back into their van. Then, I signed the last of the paperwork and said good bye to them wishing them a very good day.

It was fantastic. Our driver would always phone ahead and arrive exactly when he said he would. No items were broken, and they were very responsive to my emails. The lady who was corresponding with me about the move even followed up while she was on vacation. Also, there are no hidden charges, and they are adamant about honoring their quotes.
