Suburban Drywall

Excellent. Suburban installed drywall in a newly remodeled bathroom and patched holes in another room where plumbing work was done. Suburban's workers were prompt, efficient, and the work was well done. They were able to match the existing knock-down texture and blend it so that patches were not noticeable.

The work done was OK. They never communicated when they were showing up with us or in their own company. The insulation crew was not done insulating our garage and the drywall crew came and drywalled it. There was condensation on our drywall and lines. They said they would come back and fix, they did a shoddy job and you can still see the lines and condensation marks. Then they forgot to spray an area during the knockdown process. They came back to fix it and the overspray was so bad we had to hire cleaners and repay the painter to come in and paint the area that he already had been done. When we called to discuss they never returned our call. So disappointed in the whole experience

They did a good job and was happy with the finished product. There was an issue with the thickness of the drywall on one part of the project, but they came up with a solution to resolve the issue. Was happy to finally have a ceiling in my living room again. Good company to work with.

I've had great experience with Suburban Drywall each time I've used them. The guys do fantastic (and fast) work. They're careful about keeping the house clean as they walk through, and they do a nice job patching and matching existing surfaces. My only complaint is that they did not accept a credit card for payment, so I had to write a check.

They did a very good job, and I have no complaints. The two gentleman who did the job kept everything neat and clean, and they cleaned up after themselves. I have no complaints whatsoever. Their price was pretty comparable to a number of the other dry wall providers that I had contacted.

I've never seen this much plastic sheeting. The three man crew covered everything with plastic, walls, furniture, floor etc. They sprayed all the surfaces, once cleared off, with spray and had all the windows open to vent the strong smell. ( I spent a couple of hours outside to avoid the strong smell. ) They went about their work quickly and professionally and carefully made sure everything was contained in the work area.
The work in our living room was so perfectly done, it blended into the light yellow of the room so well, it's hard to tell where they did their work and the rest of the room. No need to rush to paint. They cleaned up with just as much care as they did doing the work. I was totally impressed. Also, near the end of their work, their boss came in to check the work. I am so thankful to Nick Wegner of High Quality Contracting for assigning Suburban Drywall to do this work. I highly recommend both firms for their excellent workmanship and on job deminer.

Hired them to insulate and drywall a 13x26 foot room and 5x10 foot closet above a garage. After getting several other quotes I chose suburban, their price was great and they showed up on time every time. Chris on the insulating side and Mike on the drywall side were very courteous and professional. After the work was completed we received a lien waver in the mail for the drywall that was delivered to our home. I would hire this contractor in a heartbeat again in the future.

We were getting our house ready to put on the market and we wanted to take care of a few little cosmetic things that were in the house. They were things that we were able to live with, but wanted them fixed before we put the house on the market. Sure it was just cosmetic but we wanted to make sure the house showed well.



The tech's came in and, after doing a walk through with me got to work. There were two of them so they split up and each worked on different sections and were in and out in an expected amount of time.



Two days after they left I realized that I forgot to show the tech's the water damaged area that was supposed to be fixed. It was on the quote but was in a different area of the house and it just slipped my mind when I was doing the walk thru. I called back and they were very understanding and re-scheduled the tech's to come out and wrap up the last area.



Again two tech's came in, they worked on the spot quickly, and were done in very short order.



The repaired spots look great and once painted we couldn't even tell any work was done.

My overall experience with this company is that I felt because of the bad estimate on this project that the quility was less then satisfactory.

They were just wonderful. They came right out and were willing to help me out with everything. They offered to help me move furniture that was in the way and even took their shows off while they were in my home despite that it was a construction zone. I think that the prices are reasonable. I give them all A's.

It was a very good experience. They were extremely responsive. We had a leak in the chimney which caused some drywall damage during construction, and they were over the following day doing the repair. There were a few areas where the knock down finish wasn't quite perfect, but overall, they did a nice job.

During the construction of my home they were hired by Bielinski to drywall my entire house. One day, I had a meeting with the expediter during construction to review the construction progress. When I showed for the meeting, Suburban Drywall was installing the drywall. They were playing a radio at a very high volume, did not care that we were present inspecting the home, & ignored our request to turn down their music. Also, during one of my visits to inspect progress, I found a derogatory note written on my drywall in Spanish. I also noted a male body part drawn on the floor. Needless to say, it wasn't very professional. My ceilings were taped so bad that I can see all the seams. During warranty repair of drywall, Suburban's guys showed up &, unfortunately, could not speak English. Although the repair work was great, the two workers spoke little English. When they talked to each other, they used very profane Spanish. I will not let them work in my home again.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THE WORK WAS OF HIGH QUALITY AND DONE ON A TIMELY BASIS. BECAUSE IT WAS A SMALL JOB IT IS SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO FIND SOMEONE TO DO THE WORK. SUBURBAN WAS WILLING TO DO IT.

They were able to come out the week after we called them. They completed their work in two days and did an excellent job. They covered the floors and furniture. They did a great job of cleaning up when the job was completed.
