They were to paint a prime coat and 2 finish coats on new wood and previously stained wood trim and doors. Never sprayed the second coat and bare spots can be seen on doors and trim. Took longer than quoted and never finished. Stained only 60% of the trim and base. Sprayed finish coat on but not two coats. When called to complain they were upset with my complaint and didn't like that I called their work "shotty". They refused to come back and finish the work. Threatened to lien the property unless I pay the full amount billed. Had to hire a different painting company to redo the work. Run from these guys!!! BTW: the drywall side of this business did a great job.
