They were very professional from quote to scheduling to installation to follow up. Nate was accommodating on the scheduling and when we ran into an unexpected situation during the installation, he came up with a solution quickly. The installation team was on time and did quality work. I am very happy with Spring Rock's service and the price was competitive as well. Other contractors would do well to be as professional as Spring Rock was on this project.

The techs who came out were very friendly and accommodating. They were timely and the work was done quickly. When I asked them to come back a few days after the install to fix something, they did. I appreciated this. However, I was not pleased with them showing up unannounced on the 2nd visit and quite early. They also did not do a great job of cleaning up debris from the project. Dirt was left on the side of my home and remnants from my old gutters were strewn throughout my yard in the grading and grass. It also took over 3 weeks to get an appointment scheduled. I had to call several times to see what the delay was. Overall, it was a decent experience. I would recommend them with some tweaks to their customer service as noted above.

They did the work in one day and cleaned up the job site.

SpringRock said it would be a 2-4 week lead time, however they called in a week to set up the install. Great customer service. The installers did a great job. They called before coming to the house. The job was done in about an hour. The Installers were both very professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend SpringRock Gutters.

Professional staff from sales to installation. They had to tweak a bit as the installation was on a >100 year old barn and work shed. A neat, clean job installed in a short time. Very efficient. Will keep them in my contacts to use when the house is reroofed.

Good quality, did what they said they would do. Had to reschedule estimate which slowed us a couple of weeks.

They tout that they hire full time installers, not contractors, but their installers are lazy. I could hear them talking about how they do not get paid enough and how they were only going to to a portion of the work I was paying for them to do on my house. I understand that people sometimes vent, but they actually did not complete the full scope of work for which I am now required to pay. I am working on getting the company to complete the work now, but they have rescheduled three times now. The managers are always courteous and willing to work with me, but I still can not recommend this company.

Great crew, right on time and did a great job.

Unfortunately it hasn't rained since the gutters were installed. That will be the true test. But the gutters were installed efficiently in 2 hours and look great.
