We did a complete rain gutter replacement on both our home and garage..I have to say that from our first visit with Tyler the Technician who came out to meet with us about replacement we were impressed. Tyler was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in taking pictures, measurements, providing a detailed explanation of the replacement cost and comparing gutter colors to make sure we had the perfect finished outcome we anticipated. Rochelle and Jazmin both work in the office and were very helpful and friendly in making the install appointment, taking payment and answering my questions. Wonderful very professional gals! Nate was the lead on install day and he and his team were very professional, expediant and friendly. Everything turned out beautiful and we are very, very pleased! We also have the extra confidence of knowing there is a (transferrable) lifetime warranty on all of our gutters should a problem ever arise. I would definitely recommend Spring Rock Gutters to everyone who is looking for a Great quality product, a fair price and superior craftsmanship on the install. Oh! and don't forget about that lifetime warranty! Gives you peace of mind knowing that your investment will always be covered with no further expense! This company definitely has picked superior folks to represent them and they follow through on their word of craftsmanship, timeliness and meeting and exceeding expectations. Didn't show up at the scheduled time because J forgot. I followed up with a phone call and he sincerely apologized and came out later in the morning to complete the job!

The salesman Tyler did an awesome job of explaining everything and worked hard to get me a reasonable price. Even though they came in higher than my other quotes I felt comfortable with this company and the professionalism they demonstrated. This company was more than accommodating, friendly, hard working and very professional! I am so pleased I went with them, they were very competitive price wise and they did a wonderful job! We've had our new gutters installed for the last month or so, with very heavy rainfall during that time. We've had no difficulties or complaints. The installation was professional and as fast as could be expected for the time (late summer). We're very happy with the final results, and we would use their services again if we needed them.

Springrock responded very promptly to a request for a bid, and also promptly scheduled the work to be done. However, the crew did not complete a promised 'tune-up' to check and repair all gutter clips on the house, and as soon as it rained again, the new gutter they installed leaked. We called to ask that both problems be corrected, and they scheduled a time for the crew to return to do the unfinished and unacceptable work. The crew did not show up as scheduled. We called again and were promised a callback. There was no callback. We tried calling three times and continued to not receive callbacks, even though the receptionist said she'd left the owner a message. We finally did receive a callback to tell us a crew could no longer come out and they would come the next day at noon. Instead of noon, they came at 8:00 in the morning. Fortunately, we had not yet left for the morning. Overall, we felt that the customer service at Springrock was poor, the work done did not conform to the contracted agreement, and the workmanship was not up to standards.
