Quality of work was excellent. Always showed up on time. Cleaned up on a daily basis. Very friendly. Could have used another person on the job to speed the process. Work looks beautiful. Total project was approximately 50 windows (not opening -- 2 casements in one open were two windows). Also replaced patio door. Fixed rot.

Outstanding! The workmen, Kevin and Ken, were all you would want of craftsmen: punctual, professional, careful, kept us fully informed, cleaned up, and just did terrific work. We are very pleased. The salesman, Tom, was very, very helpful in helping us get top notch products. There has been a transformation at our house!

Crew did a good job of removal and concrete work.  Railing completed to satisfaction 2 weeks later, late in season due to warm weather.   All quality work.  Clean-up a bit shy, but overall, professionally done.

Job went fairly quickly.   Crew was amenable to minor changes.  Finished in 2 days.   Quality materials and well-done assembly.
Only drawback was mess left.   Dirt from holes dug was walked on, hardened and left in piles on grass.

SidWe were very disappointed with the company.  We received multiple bids.  Siding Unlimited was one of the more expensive one but I was sold on being a Family business.  All the workers were their long term employees and that they take pride in the craftsmanship.   The sales person did a great job selling the company and the different elements that we were going to get.  Right away we had issues.  Our sales person gave us a great suggestion on using two different sidings Standard and Shake to create a look on the house.  We talk extensively about it.  Where the transition would be at and how there was to be a 6 inch transition between the two different siding.  We had drawings done to make sure everyone was clear on where the transition would be.  (the Bottom of the roofline)  When they showed up they had a big crew.  I was surprised how fast they were work.  So fast that I was worried about short cuts being taken.  Which they did.  I also noticed that they didn't follow the plan.  They never put in a transition between the two siding and took the first siding  all the way up to the peak of the roof with only 2 rows of shake siding to finish it off.  When I told the foreman about the issue he just looked at me.  It was hard to communicate since no one spoke english.  After calling the salesperson he told me they did put it up correctly.  Blamed it all on me that is not what we ordered.  yet I had e-mails and drawings that they created.  Once I forwarded everything back to him he told he it's a bad idea to do what was originally planned.  Keep in mind that he pitched us the idea.  They goes on to tell me it's going to look awful and that if it were his house he wouldn't do it.
This was just the beginning of all of the issues that we've had with them.  The company oversold themselves that they took on too much business than they could handle so we did not get what we promised.  It's frustrating everytime  I hear their advertising.  They did a sloppy job and I have 100's of photos to prove it.  From big screw ups to using wrong color caulk on the house.  Very poor caulking.  Some areas the caulk didn't even make it into the joints.
trim pieces falling off because there were areas that were not even nailed.
I've had them come out multiple times and it's only made matters worse.  I was giving them the chance to make things right.  Very sloppy in all aspects.  Lack of communication.  I've asked that they tell me when they plan on coming out to the house so I can be there to point things out.  They just show up when they want and never fixed some of the issues or do it wrong again.
I would not suggest this company at all.  Poor communication.  Poor workmanship.
Owner did come out to the house and told me they were over booked and the crew that they hired was poor.  Yet in the end I did not get the quality that I paid for.

We needed a replacement for our roof. It was at least 20 years old, and we were having ice dams plus water ingress due to the dams and flashing failure. We contacted Siding Unlimited based on a recommendation plus their rating on this list. We also wanted to replace our gutters and downspouts as they were showing their age. We also needed some dented corners fixed on our aluminum siding and a couple pieces added to cover up where an old deck had been attached to the side of the house.
The salesman was excellent. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and proposed suitable solutions. He did a pre-bid inspection with me to verify everything and make sure what he proposed would work. The bid he submitted was competitive and was clearly laid out. It was the best bid I received for this work, so I chose them.
They did excellent work on all phases of the job. There were three different crews who did the various parts of the job. Each crews was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. When they started the job, they continued to work until it was finished (no interruptions to go finish another job). They took precautions to not damage the landscaping and did a thorough job of cleanup.
They kept me well informed about when they would be coming to work. They showed up when they said they would. When I had concerns about various issues, they listened to my concerns and made appropriate adjustments or provided adequate explanation. They were honest and up front during the whole process.
I would definitely do business with them again if the need arose.

Selecting and comparing the windows available at Siding Unlimited was pretty painless. They have good quality windows, and Lou, my sales rep made it easy because of his experience. I did have to wait 2 additional weeks for installation, but it was well worth it.
Windows were delivered a few days prior.
Installation is outstanding. I had the inside woodwork also done and it looks better than it did before the new windows were installed.
They left no mess. The job was completed inside and out within 2 days. Totally professional.
This is an A1 company.

They did a good job. We've used them 7 years ago. The provider was great but they didn't fix some of the problems our windows had. The quality and the workmanship of what they did for us were great. They were very clean. They didn't dirty up the house. We still ended up having some of the problems with our windows. They realized what they did. We had insert windows put in and they don't do it anymore because it didn't solve some of our leaky window problem. Now, they don't do that anymore because we checked in to the one that we had our downstairs windows replaced. We needed those windows to go down for a rough opening and we didn't have that done. They didn't realize that it should have been done that way. As a result, they no longer put inserts anymore. They found out that when you put an insert in and it didn't go up for rough opening, they were getting call backs because of stuff they didn't do. They were fixing construction techniques that were not their responsibility. They don't know that at that time. Now we had them for an estimate for the casement windows, they said they don't do inserts anymore. They are a premium company. They are on a high end of being competitive but if you get what you paid for. We had an estimate for the casements from another company. I looked at his work and it was extremely well done. They were $4000 cheaper than Siding Unlimited. That's substantial. I would recommend them if price and the object. Their work was highly satisfactory. They were neat, clean, professional and on time. They've done on the high end of the scale.

The provider was prompt and pricing was expected.
The replacement roof was fine.
The only problem was the provider was not able to get the
gutter replacement completely without returning. It appears
there was a communication resulting in the incorrect first
placement of new gutter. After two calls and revisits,
the gutters were completed.

It took a while to make their job list (about 3 months). However, once they started, they didn't stop and they were here early in the morning and worked until sunset. It took about a month and a half, but that included siding, a roof repair for water damage, replacing a window for water damage and new front and rear entrance doors along with storm doors. I needed a repair in July 2012 (about 6 months after installation) and they did it without charge. One of the things that the installers did that I liked is that if they ran into an unforeseen problem, they didn't proceed without letting me look at it.

They did good work, but sometimes I had a feeling they were taking short cuts. They were very professional and prompt. Their price was good, their quality was fair.
Response from Siding Unlimited LLC
"Currently we are looking into the scenario. We actually have been receiving referrals from the member, so I don't understand why he wouldn't buy from us again yet feels confident in our service to pass our name to a friend. As for "short cuts," we don't take short cuts. Our guys are very prompt and very good. We work hard and are very diligent - people have commented us on our speed, but please don't confuse that with cutting corners. We understand that cutting corners will lead to future problems. We continue to do what we can to satisfy our customers and we'll look further into this scenario to determine what we can do for him. Thank you, Eric Brown - Siding Unlimited"

The salesman, Shawn, was very helpful in arranging my installation for the fall, even though I talked to him in early summer. I was allowed to put some money down and still get the current prices. The installation went very smoothly. The doors were installed first and then the siding. The house looks wonderful and I have recommended them to several friends. I would use them again, if the need arises.

Their price was modest compared to other competitive bids. The work on the siding was competent. The roof work was also competent except the roof ridge which they did not do properly. They came back after six months and replaced it. However, that did not work either, and I had to get that replaced by another contractor. One of the co owners had a bachelor’s degree in marketing and their marketing reflects that. They did a good job on the siding and on the roof except the ridge. They were friendly and courteous. I had them come again for an estimate because I was pleased with their work. However, the remodeling estimate they gave me was quite high, and I did not like the pressure the salesman they had hired had put on me. I think they have expanded their marketing emphasis. However, I would not have them back. I don’t think they are that small company they once were.
Response from Siding Unlimited LLC
"It is true that we are not the same company we were ten years ago. Siding Unlimited is still owned by the same people and we employ high value guys to do the work. We have references a mile long backing our company's approach to remodeling. We are still the best in the area at what we do and the customers who do choose us can back my comments up. We maintain the same values and virtues that made Siding Unlimited so good in the past and make us strong now. In regards to the ridgevent on the member's home. The member originally called us because of ice dam issues. The member also had condensation issues inside his vaulted ceiling. We installed a new roof complete with proper ice and water, ridgevent, and soffit ventilation. When I saw the member a few years after the project, he was very satisfied since he wasn't getting the condensation on the drywall nor did he have to chisle out the ice dams anymore. Then he had a company come out and remodel the interior of his home. I believe they blamed us for the inaccurate installation of the ridgevent. I personally went out there and reinstalled the product with larger gaps for more air to pass through. This occured 6-7 years after the original installation, not 6 months. If he had issues after I reinstalled the ridgevent, I wish he would have let me take a look at what could have been done differently. It is a tough situation when you have multiple attic spaces, vaulted ceilings, and little space - this is a complex attic space. Maybe it would call for more unique options by way of closing off the different attic spaces, utilizing a different ventilation method, or just make a few adjustments. We did a great job for the member, it just seems like he didn't like that we were becoming successful. That is fine, we will continue to do great work for those who value great work. Thank you, Eric Brown"

Overall, they did a good job. The only issue that I had was that they mentioned a few ways they would go about the repairs, but they did not end up doing them. For example, when they hung the outdoor lights, they said they would put electrical tape on the wire nuts, but I walked by while they were working and noticed that they didn't. However, our neighbors, after seeing the quality work done at our house, hired this company for their siding, too! Overall, though, we were satisfied.

From start to finish, this project went very well. The sales rep (Shawn McCullough) was helpful, knowledgable, and followed through on all details. Work crews arrived as scheduled, cleaned up work areas, were professional, performed quality work, and completed in a timely manner. A few small items identified by the community inspector were addressed in short order. I would definitely consider using the services of this company again.

I had a bad experience with Siding Unlimited. Their quality of work is less than expected. The salesman that came to my home, assured me they knew how to do what I was asking. When the installer came, he said he knew all about what I wanted. When he was finished, there were air gaps where he put the wood along the side. He didn't put the wood full length, and din't caulk in between. I called and asked if he could seal it. He had an attitude like I was the problem. He told me I wanted more than stanrd. They wre not very modernized. They did the job how they wanted to, instead of how I wanted them to do it. They ran siding right over my dryer exhaust vent, and I didn't find out until my dryer quit working properly. They came back to try and fix everything, and they were more co-operative. In my eyes, Siding Unlimited is very limited. I would not use them again in the future.
