The consultation of charge. They didn't the product in their inventory they needed and they did a fantastic of finding what we needed. They provided excellent customer service.

We are in the process of remodeling our new house. i have ordered to
install approx. 2000 s.f. of unfinished solid red oak flooring. We were
going to match new flooring to existing wood work, base bards and trims
(pickled oak). I asked SW on 124th and Capitol Dr (Wauwatosa) to find
the stain for flooring to match the molding i brought in. MInwax stain
is not tintable so they disided to sell their own line (Sher-wood). They
didn't pay attention to the application of the stain they sold to me.
Furthermore, the information on the can of stain was
incomplete/inaccurate vs. the description i found (afterwords) on their
webside. This stain WAS NOT intended for use on floors. Their manager is
trying to blame it on me, like i didn't let them know it was for
flooring. I walked in and left with them for testing a plank of hard
wood from the pack was to install.
As a result: I have 2000 s.f. of screwed-up floors. I asked to SWP to fix the flooring, or pay for repairs.
They pretty much not accepting the liability for this mess up.
Would never again shop from SWP: acceptable paint, horrible service.

We used a decorator who told us that we would get a discount if we use Sherman Williams. They price was still very high and we did not get any special paint.
