We have been using this company's salt-delivery service since 2009. We submitted a very positive review of the company in 2009. This report is an update. Since 2009, Save Your Back has reliably provided all of the salt we use for our water softener, and we've had nothing but prompt, courteous service. The price also continues to be quite reasonable, particularly considering the hassle and potential back-ache that one is saved. We look forward to utilizing this company for years to come.

Bob is great! Even though I only call once a year for salt delivery, I feel he remembers me and my order each time. Delivery hours are convenient to my schedule and once here, they are quick. They put the salt where I want and will fill the softener if needed. This is the one provider where I give the most referrals to friends. As far as I know, no one has been disappointed.

Very well. Bob took all of the salt in the basement and placed near the softener. Would have filled it up if it needed filling and made sure that the bags were placed such that I would use the older (leftover) bags first.

We first heard of this company through a flyer left in our mailbox. Then, having checked on this company on Angie's List, we placed an order for salt. The net price per bag was $5.77, a good value for all the hassle that one is saved. The company allowed us to use a coupon from the flyer for a free bag of salt and also honored the 10% Angie's List discount. The salt was delivered right on time.
