I was referred to Renew Your Home LLC by Mike from Oconomowoc Plumbing. Rich & Mike reviewed our situation (shower leak upstairs that exited via the kitchen ceiling downstairs) with sympathy and good suggestions. Rich was happy to assist with as much or as little of the project as I wanted and was not in any way pushy to get "the whole job" as I have experienced with previous contractors.
I cannot praise these guys enough - a real "dream team" when it comes to an efficient bathroom remodel! Their attention to detail is second to none and the end product is one we are very, very happy with. I am extremely thankful to have "discovered" them both as I ended up giving them the entire thing to do - complete demo and removal of tile around tub, the cast iron tub itself, shower base, all fixtures, vanity with tile counter top and toilet - a real GUT job!

Rich is great. He did an excellent job in a timely fashion.

Rich helped tidy up my uncle's house that we inherited that was definitely a "fixer upper". Rich worked so hard and really "renewed that home" in a weeks time. He worked long hours in 100+ degree temperatures to get the work done before the estate sale and the house looks like sparkling new. The transformation was amazing. At the estate sale customers went on and on about what a beautiful home it was. Rich really went the extra mile on repairs, painting, choosing colors, installation of flooring and new plumbing fixtures, replacing rotten wood, etc. Rich's rates are really reasonable and he will help to choose materials that will meet any budget. His response time was faster than anyone that we called and his response to phone calls and emails throughout the planning and the whole process was really top notch. We would definitely use him again if the need ever arises and we highly recommend him.

The work was done promptly and well. Mr. Julius called before he arrived and was always courteous. His estimate was very near to the total bill, which he calculated at an hourly rate plus expenses.

I made a list of work jobs. He came at the proper time and preformed the jobs in an orderly and professional manner. He was accurate on timing of jobs and affordable.

He showed up on time, was very neat and friendly. The paint job was beautiful.

We were remodelling a lower portion of our duplex to prepare for sale. We had redone portions ourself and asked that he assist with other areas of the remodel. He had no problem working with us on that portion. Some of the rooms had water damage from a flat roof that had previously leaked while others were covered in wallpaper. Being plaster, it was quite a task to retexture to ensure everything blended appropriately. He quoted the work, came in and completed everything in a timely manner. The quote was actually less than I anticipated for the quality of work that he had performed! The clean-up was amazing as well since we had put down new flooring as well. When he was complete, he walked through every room with us to ensure we were happy with the project. He even called back a few days later to follow-up and ensure that we were statisfied! The communication, workmanship and quality of his work was fantastic! Best part was, after his help renewing our home, it sold in THREE days! Job well done!
