Their products are very well,very nice, heavy duty, and their costumer service is pretty good. They are in different locations. However, when I called to have some repairs, they were not that responsive, they do not immediately answer the phone.I have used other branches though that responded better.

My Rainbow System was taken down moved and reassembled all in 4 hours time. Travel time between sites was 15 mins. This would have taken us ourselves forever. Kids were on it immediately and play on it day and night. Now they're always in the yard where we can see them because they never want to come off of it (and neither do the neighbor kids!) Best investment I've made! Well worth the money!!
