Everything went well, Ray was very informative and showed me a lot pictures he had taken of the work performed and what was needed.

Very well. Good technician on stie who did work well and explained what had to be done later. He then apppeared again to complete the work. On that occassion my wife was also present and she was highly impressed as well!

They were on time & got right to work. Job was done within 40 minutes. No mess left behind. Very personable.

The inspections were fine. My issue with this company is that they provided a two year old inspection report that we paid for to a potential buyer without our permission or knowledge.  The potential buyer called their office and asked if we had our chimney inspected by them.  When hearing we had they asked to have the report sent to them. When we asked Bristol to provide assistance in coming out to inspect the chimney they were unable to "work us into their schedule" in any where near a timely fashion.  Dana acknowledged they should not have sent the report with out our approval but offered no further help or even an apology.   Based on this experience indicating a lack of customer attention or care I cannot recommend them nor would I choose to use them in the future.

I will use these folks again this year to ready my fireplaces and chimney for winter use. They clean up after themselves, they are professional and respectful of my home and time. I won't go anywhere else for these services.

Kevin showed up right on time, did job quickly (and evidently very well) and cleaned up all debris. I had 4 estimates for this job ranging from $100 to $3300. Diagnosing water leaks from roof is very tough and they did a great job for a great price. This is my second job with this company and I'd be happy to use them again.

They were knowledgeable and knew what to do. I was pleasently surprised that they could fix the leaks around the chimney and I didn't have to call a roofer. The $100 initial service call seemed kind of high, though.

We had some leaking around the chimney from the upper level ceiling. They inspected the chimney on top of the roof and noticed some bad sealant. They caulked it and the problem has been fixed. They educated us to the sooty smell of being normal in some fireplaces in warm weather.

The office staff was very quick to return my initial phone call (with in ten minutes) and an appointment was scheduled that met my need. The chimney sweep arrived on time on the day of the appointment and worked quickly. He inspected the fireplace from the inside of the house and from the roof. He found no problems and stated that it did not need cleaning. He charged me $100 for the service call.

Left message, call was returned promptly. Explained I had report from another company indicating liner was damaged and should be replaced (estimated cost, $4600). Kevin came the next day, inspected chimney indicated there was easily repaired mortar loss at the top and did the repair. Total cost $150. These guys are honest and competent.
