Extremely happy with the service. Appointment for an estimate was made in a short time. John explained possible causes & future actions to take to avoid further problems. The service was completed the same day as the estimate - very quickly and professionally.

After finding water in the basement following a sump pump failure we called Puroclean to help. Puroclean was extremely responsive and had someone on site quickly. Ella was extremely helpful in explaining the cleanup & dry out process and answered all of our questions. Ella followed up with us every day until everything was completely dry. The communication was outstanding and she was always on time when stopping in to check on things. I would highly recommend Puroclean.

Ella was terrific to work with. She was empathetic, and treated us with kindness and respect, while professionally laying out her findings and the steps she needed to take to correct the issues. She worked quickly, explaining what she was doing and why it was needed. She kept going until she was confident that there was no additional damage that had not been identified. Ella set up drying fans for a couple of days, then she came back and completed her work. I could not be more satisfied. If you have any water damage, I would definitely recommend Puro-Clean, and Ella, specifically. You will get quick, professional work, at an economical price.

Ella was awesome, called with updates daily was accessible for questions, polite, courteous, House is so clean, feels different, symptoms decreasing, very respectful of personal items, handling & security of our home.

It went very well. I was absolutely satisfied. I am very glad I took the time to research companies and found them. I can't recall the name of the woman who was first to come to the house but she was exactly on time, very nice, and professional. I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing or the process and told her that. She educated me and didn't make me feel stupid. She clearly knew what she was doing. The guys arrived shortly after to carry all the wet stuff from the basement into the garage. They were great. I can't believe how hard and how long they worked. They were very nice guys and super hard workers. John, the owner, was very generous and willing to answer questions, to explain the process, and he showed (on time and when expected) until the job was done and the basement walls were testing as dry. John also assisted in getting a large dumpster for the carpet and ruined furniture, books, and other stuff; and cleared it with our insurance. I didn't feel like I had to be in the house when they were there. They really did help relieve the stress of the situation and did the job very well. I was able to just turn it over to them. I don't know what the cost was because I don't have the information from the insurance company.

I was very impressed with Ella Habryn. She worked very hard and explained what she did to get rid of the mold in my attic.

Ella from PureClean came in and measured the basement and determined the square footage of the space. She then sprayed the basement.

They did a really great job. It was a pretty significant problem. They were highly professional.

They responded very quickly and took care of it while it was entrusted to the people buying the house. Everything went well. They are great. They were professional when they came. They didn't need a big crew. It was a one or two person job working on it. I thought the price was reasonable.

Responsiveness and timeliness was important, and they were responsive and quick about getting it done. It looks like a good job and was accepted by the new owners. We had used Puroclean for a larger basement job a few years ago, and both times very good, professional and quick. Highly recommend.

Initially called and made an inspection appointment for 9 AM. At 9:30 called and was told after waiting there was a two hour window that I was not previously told. Ella came close to 10 and was very nice and friendly and just plainly told me it needed to be removed. Told me not sure what mold it was but testing would be an additional $600 so I opted out. The day of the remediation Ella came close to on time, and again very nice. Told me she would cut out the bad drywall and stop when it was gone. Initially told me she would go up to bottom window sill (1.5 ft off floor.), in actuality did half that and told me there was no more mold going up. Entire section removed about 1 ft high by 9 ft wide. To my surprise (as it was the area my child plays) she just spread a large plastic sheet down over the carpet tje length of the area and nothing else but a running shop vac (likely hepa secure). Drywall is very dusty but there was no barrier protection to keep dust going anywhere aside from vacuum. She said not an issue. I asked repeatedly as my 1 year old plays in that area. She treated hole she made and left and again very pleasant but nothing was really explained and I felt the proper precautions werent taken. At one point the air vents with mold on the back were placed on the carpet. Well I'm putting the drywall back on myself and for ease took off the rest of it up to the window sill. As I pulled off the remaining .5 ft the back of the drywall was loaded with mold. I was expecting little to nothing at all based on what she told me. I feel the service was not preformed that I paid for as it wasn't done until she didn't see it anymore. Maybe it was expected that drywall would go up and no one would know but definitely wasn't fully re mediated based on what I personally came across. Also said I was Angies list customer and didnt get 5% off (not that it matters overly). Next time I would go with a company that explains a bit better, takes more precautions, and also fixes the hole they make (if applicable) to avoid the extra hassle. Pictures are of work being done - you can see the moldy vent covers on the carpet. (granted face down; mold up) Two others are of the area the left under the window sill surface. I would have taken pictures of the back as it was covered but was dealing with proper disposal for myself I didn't want to use something I put up to my face to talk to take pictures mold.

Puroclean was available right away which was hugely appreciated with a time sensitive flood. They explained the process and evaluated, sanitized and dried everything very thoroughly. They did an excellent job; couldn't recommend them more highly.

Work was performed well. Suggestion would be to have better communication between office staff and customers. Seemed a bit unorganized.

Justin was on time & explained everthing he was going to do. He was very friendly & through. Completed the job withing the time frame given.

Ella and Justin were always polite and informative, on time and communicate about the work being performed.
