THEY WERE NOT VERY HONEST. THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK WITHOUT ME THERE, AND I FEEL THEY TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I WAS NOT THERE. THEY TOLD ME THAT MY FURNACE WAS DIRTY, BUT I KNEW IT WASN'T BECAUSE I HAD JUST HAD IT CLEANED. THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR PARTS. THEY ALSO DIDN'T PAY THE SALESMEN HIS COMMISSION, AND HE FOLLOWED UP WITH ME TO TRY AND GET IT FROM THE COMPANY. THEY HIRED A LAWYER TO GET PAYMENT IN FULL, AND WE AGREED TO A SETTLEMENT FOR HALF OF THE BILL.
