PH Exterior Design

We started the work in November and expected it to be done within 2 months longest being that it was winter. It is now August, and it's not done. Kept asking for more money when work was not even started. Created excuses when we called or texted on why work was not done. Excuses were always that " the help he hired, called in sick or didnt show up" or that "its winter and with the ice and cold weather, it will just take longer" . He still has some equipment at our house and when we try and ask him when he will be finished, we get NO response. I can't express enough on how unprofessional and unreliable this contractor is. Please DO NOT hire him.

Horrible experience. Contractor said the job would be done within a few days of signing the contract. He just needed a 50% down payment for the materials. Took almost 2 weeks for less than half of the materials to arrive (after 4 promises of starting the job). This guy is simply not believable. There was an excuse every day and now, after the work has begun but the necessary materials are not here to complete the project, there is a total lack of communication. Now, I am stuck with a job that is not even half completed and there are no materials to complete it. This guy is very prompt and responsive on the front end- until he receives your down payment. After that, it's only excuses and then, total silence. . A total scam artist and a horrible businessperson. I feel so sorry for those who have contracted this guy for larger project. I'll be pursuing this guy in court for breach of contract and fraud.

Don't give this guy a penny up front and better yet do not waste your breath talking to him. He bid the window and siding  job at $14,000 and I gave him $7,000 down, he put in over 20 windows and then stated he needed another $1800 to finish the job. It was the last time I saw him. After numerous calls he would have one of his guys come and do some siding for one day. I just gave up trying after weeks and weeks of phone calls. Had to have another contractor finish the job who commented on what a terrible job  PH  performed on window installation This guy should not be working on your property he should be in jail!

STILL TRYING TO GET HIM TO FINISH THE JOB!!! Repeated, and I do mean REPEATED texts and phone calls, followed by excuses and promises. AVOID! It appears we will be taking him to court.

At first we thought it went well but have since received calls from the buyer and neighbor that the gutters cause neighbors flooding issues. Paul is VERY hard to get back once he has been paid. His crew was OK but he is a terrible businessman. Very unprofessional.

This contractor is incompetent, untrustworthy, and unprofessional.  They substituted materials, violated the terms of our contract, and we ultimately successfully sued them in Waukesha County Circuit Court.  Do not use this contractor.
