Excellent. This was unusual because a normal light with motion detection would not work out in this location. Parkland searched for a light, installed it in a timely manner. Staff is professional and friendly, explains what was being done and why.

We had Parkland Electric out to add some outlets to our basement. Just a few days later, turned on the central air and it kept tripping the air conditioning circuit. Had a phone conversation with Dennis (the owner of Parkland Electric) during which he stated he was certain it was nothing they did and that it was not an electrical issue at all. He told me to call an HVAC company to come fix the air conditioner. He said that he would pay for the service call if the HVAC company found nothing wrong with our air conditioner. I asked him to send someone out to double check that it wasn't an electrical issue first, since it was working fine before they came out to add outlets. He said he would not. It was not until after I advised him that I would call a different electrical company for a second opinion that he agreed to send someone out to take a look. When the electrician came out, he commented about what a long drive it was (20 minutes). He spent 5 minutes taking a look at the box and less than that replacing what was apparently a defective circuit breaker. He was also very rude when leaving. Just a few days later, we received a bill for the defective circuit breaker. I do not recommend this company to others due to both the reluctance of them to come and recheck their work, and also the way they treat their paying customers.

They responded quickly. The guy they sent out was able to fix everything. They have done work for me in the past, and they always do a good job.

Everything went good. I thought they were a professional company. I got to talk and joke around with them a few times. Most importantly, they did a good quality job. Their charges were paid by our contractor.

I was more than happy with the work they did for us. I know there was some sort of small problem, and they came right back out to remedy the situation with no trouble. My builder had hired and paid for their services, but I think he made a good choice of electricians.

There were no problems with this company at all. They were on time and friendly and made sure to answer all of our questions. I would recommend them to anyone. The price seemed reasonable as well. I was very pleased with the work.
