I needed a used laptop computer and affordability was very important. I stopped in to North American Computer and was greeted by Ryan. I explained to Ryan that I needed some mobility with my business and he promptly displayed a used Dell laptop with the charger. Ryan further asked what I would be using it for, and upon providing the details he searched for a memory upgrade -- which he found and included with the deal. Although the laptop worked, Ryan explained that the battery may need to be replaced and he suggested that I get a new one. In addition to supplying me with the laptop and accessories, North American Computer also included a couple of software goodies to help keep the system defragmented, as well as a free anti-virus program through Panda. I am very impressed with their service, integrity, and level of customer satisfaction.
