Nelson Clean Care is still owned and operated by the original husband/wife team, Kevin and Donna Nelson. Although our company has grown since 1978, our commitment to excellent customer service has never changed. Each and every employee receives continual training which includes customer relations, specific training for their position, up to the minute products and tools needed for the job, etc. We value each of our customers and are still serving families who remember those 2 VERY young owners from 1978!! We are actually serving 2nd and 3rd Generation customers!! That takes trust in our people and complete satisfaction of our service. We give free (no pressure) estimates for Carpet and Upholstery cleaning, Water Damage, Sewer Damage and for Mold Remediation. We are committed to complete honesty in our personal and business relationships. Each of our employees is treated with respect and knows they are appreciated by us. I called Nelson Clean Care and spoke to Bob. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. He explained the process and explained that someone could come by and evaluate the situation at no charge. I appreciated the free estimate.
I don't remember who came by, but it was fast and although I was a bit of a pain the a** with my questions and protests that this isn't a problem, he listened to me rant and rave about the unfairness of it all and then gave me the cold reality I needed to move forward and just get on with it. The cold reality is this: If a buyer thinks there is mold, despite the fact there is no evidence and there is a home inspection report that even implies the possibility, as the seller of a home, you really have no choice but to have a remediation/cleaning done. The lenders insist on it and won't finance the buyer unless it is done.
Company provided the necessary cleaning services to ease buyer's concerns and being accredited by the appropriate organizations which a lender recognizes, the buyer's lender was also satisfied.
They came in and did everything that was in the contract. The roof sheathing looked brand new and they did a thorough job in the utility room in the basement and sump closet.
I'm very satisfied with the cost and quality of the service they provided and I would not hesitate to call them in the future. We were provided receipts and lien waivers within a day or two. They do what they say at a fair price and get it done within the required timeframe. We closed our home sale on time and everyone, including the buyer's lender, was satisfied.
When I called Nelson and explained my concerns, I received a call from the owner himself, who stated that he has equipment and an attentive staff that will take precautions to prevent any damage. He emphasized that it was his personal business to make sure the job is done well and with extreme care. I've heard that before, but decided to book the company as my in-laws used them and were happy.
The man arrived right on time and was well informed about my concerns. He showed me the protective measures he would take to protect my house. He was extremely sincere and attentive.
The job was done in an appropriate time and the carpets look INCREDIBLE!!! There is no trace of any wear patterns or remaining pet stains. Our rooms look brighter, they smell great and we never thought our carpets would look so great.
Once finished, the man walked us through the job, gave us instructions for continued care and-BEST OF ALL-sincerely thanked me for the business!
From the start-I could tell that this business truly cares about what they do and how they do it. A+++++
I would hire them again in a heartbeat and have told many people already about this great company!
