Nelson Clean Care responded in a timely matter to my situation, their quote was fair, and the work was done quickly. The area cleaned looks great.

Easy scheduling. Arrived as promised. Technician looked professional, was very knowledgeable pertains to his work, and conducted himself well. Carpets were cleaned well and several stains were easily removed.

They do a very good job, the people are I guess you'd say professional. Very thorough they know what they're doing.

We got an offer on our home which was for sale. The buyer's home inspector noted and quot;possible fungal condition on attic roof sheathingand quot; and we were forced to do something about it.
I called Nelson Clean Care and spoke to Bob. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. He explained the process and explained that someone could come by and evaluate the situation at no charge. I appreciated the free estimate.
I don't remember who came by, but it was fast and although I was a bit of a pain the a** with my questions and protests that this isn't a problem, he listened to me rant and rave about the unfairness of it all and then gave me the cold reality I needed to move forward and just get on with it. The cold reality is this: If a buyer thinks there is mold, despite the fact there is no evidence and there is a home inspection report that even implies the possibility, as the seller of a home, you really have no choice but to have a remediation/cleaning done. The lenders insist on it and won't finance the buyer unless it is done.
Company provided the necessary cleaning services to ease buyer's concerns and being accredited by the appropriate organizations which a lender recognizes, the buyer's lender was also satisfied.
They came in and did everything that was in the contract. The roof sheathing looked brand new and they did a thorough job in the utility room in the basement and sump closet.
I'm very satisfied with the cost and quality of the service they provided and I would not hesitate to call them in the future. We were provided receipts and lien waivers within a day or two. They do what they say at a fair price and get it done within the required timeframe. We closed our home sale on time and everyone, including the buyer's lender, was satisfied.

This was one of the first carpet cleaning companies that I heard charges by the square footage of the job not just by the amount of rooms done. The young man even did all the moving of the furniture by himself. He was in and out of here in just over an hour. It was a great experience.

We had another company clean our carpets before and they marred the paint on our plaster corners and trim. Nothing was done about it, except they told me that their staff made every effort to protect my house. I spent a few hours of my time touching up paint.

When I called Nelson and explained my concerns, I received a call from the owner himself, who stated that he has equipment and an attentive staff that will take precautions to prevent any damage. He emphasized that it was his personal business to make sure the job is done well and with extreme care. I've heard that before, but decided to book the company as my in-laws used them and were happy.

The man arrived right on time and was well informed about my concerns. He showed me the protective measures he would take to protect my house. He was extremely sincere and attentive.

The job was done in an appropriate time and the carpets look INCREDIBLE!!! There is no trace of any wear patterns or remaining pet stains. Our rooms look brighter, they smell great and we never thought our carpets would look so great.

Once finished, the man walked us through the job, gave us instructions for continued care and-BEST OF ALL-sincerely thanked me for the business!

From the start-I could tell that this business truly cares about what they do and how they do it. A+++++

It was an urgent situation and Nelson Clean Care happened to have had a cancellation and were able to fit me in quickly. They arrived on time and did a great job. They specially treated a few bad areas and the carpet looks great. There was one larger spot that I can still see, but I haven't contacted them about it. They moved the furniture which not all companies do. I would use them again....they also left a bag of goodies, nice touch.

TECHNICIANS CALLED DAY AHEAD AND ABOUT HALF HOUR BEFORE SCEDULE, STATING THEY WOULD BE 15 MIN TO 1/2 HOUR LATE. THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY, EXPLAINED HOW MEASUREMENTS WERE DONE TO DETERMINE SQUARE FEET TO BE CLEANED AND HOW ACTUAL CLEANING WAS TO BE DONE. HE THEN MEASURED AREAS AND GAVE QUOTE FOR CLEANING WITH AND WITHOUT SCOTCH GARD TREATMJENT. WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY WITH PROFESSIONALISM I AM PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND WILL HIRE AGAIN. I DID ASK ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING ORIENTAL CARPETS DONE AND WAS IMPRESSED THAT THEY DECLINED BECAUSE OF UNCERTAINITY OF END RESULTS.

They were very responsive to my phone calls and questions. They people were very courteous and they got my rug to me quickly. I'm happy with the way the rug turned out!

The gentleman was very nice and friendly. He didn't rush through the job and took his time. They did a nice job cleaning everything. Any furniture they moved, they put it back where it was. Overall, I was very pleased with everything.

This company is par' excellent. From the friendly receptionist, to the competent and friendly service man, to the superb work that was accomplished. I was very impressed with their work and will not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to my friends and family. Also, I was surprised and delighted by a "thank you" package of goodies that I was given at completion of the job.

Job went very well. No complaints. He did my neighbors after mine and they were very satisfied also.

Nelson's moves the furniture before they clean the carpets, and also move everything back when they are finished. We see excellent results from them cleaning our carpets.

This company is really excellent. They come on time and do quality work. They can remove stains. The carpet always looks beautiful when they are finished. I have used them for years.

Very good. He was fast, listened to my concerns, and did an excellent job of cleaning carpet. He told me how to decrease the drying time so I did that with great results. Last time I had carpet cleaned by another company and it seemed to take forever to dry.

They did a great job. The person was on time and professional, and used cleaning products for people with allergies upon my request. The first time I called, I spoke with the owner and he even recommended other services for people with allergies (such as duct cleaning). They leave you with a goodie bag of products and candy, which I thought was a nice touch!

They arrived on time and were professional. Unfortunately there is a slight stain left on one carpet but overall they did a good job.

Excellent! The red stain is gone! They applied some "red stain out" spot remover a few times. The technician said it would keep on working overnight and the stain might be gone by the next day. The other old stain in the bedroom is completely gone! Since the red stain remained after the technician left Kevin Nelson called me that afternoon and also suggested that we wait. At the same time he put us in touch with a local firm that repairs carpets in case we wanted to "patch-in" a new piece. I said we would like to wait a while. I was pleasantly surprised that the stain was 99.9% gone the next morning and now is 100% gone! Thanks Nelson!

Excellent service. I contacted the company in the morning after the accident the previous evening. They squeezed me into the schedule that day. The technician arrived early, but within reason, assessed the situation and went to work. The stains were removed over a 4 foot by 2 foot area. Unnoticeable to the unknowing. I will use this company again.

We will definitely recommend them to anyone and will have them back for additional cleaning. They arrived earlier than they had promised. Shane Nelson was very polite and thorough. Not a thing. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent. The young man who did the job was very polite and did an excellent, quality job. I had mistakenly thought that they were coming today, but they were actually scheduled for a week from today. It turned out they had a cancellation, so they came out and did the job a week early.
