Work was done, seemed ok at the time. We noticed a small bump in the floor afterwards, but did not think anything of it at the time. Now the floor is cracking over the bump. I think a small piece of tongue and groove broke off and is pushing the flooring up. I contacted them, they are very defensive and refuse to come and look at it. They say it is just normal buckling (it's in the middle of a flooring section and not at a joint) and that we must have dragged something up over the flooring). That would not cause a "bump". Debbie the office lady is quite unpleasant to deal with and just wants to argue. She calls me when I am at work and then says she can't reach me. They said they would send someone out to look at it, but it has been many weeks and no one has called. They have send some photos of their job, but the flooring is dark and a "bump" won't necessarily show. It might be ok if nothing goes wrong, but they will not respond in a professional manner or at all if something goes wrong. Do not recommend.
