I had such a positive experience with Brian S from Mowers and Blowers. It was easy to call and have an appointment scheduled - he was on-time, very friendly and informative! He was able to quickly figure out the issue, had what he needed to fix it, and tuned up our long-non-working mower so it ran like new - and then took the time to explain what the issue was and how it was fixed. He was so easy to work with, and really made the whole situation easy and comfortable. I would definitely reach out again!!

Very good service. Quick response to text. Got my lawn equipment ready for the season. They also did good work on servicing my old snowblower this past fall. Promp, honest, and reasonable rates considering they come to your home.

Outstanding service and price! Came the very next day and was even early. Fixed leaky petcock valve. Changed oil, greased and lubed everything. Something not done in years. Put in new spark plug and checked everything over. Definitely will use them again. Cost $135 and saved me from having to send it out and wait to have it returned.

I emailed Mowers and Blowers and got a response from Pete within 10 minutes. I was able to set up an appointment right away. Pete was very professional and was able to trouble shoot the hard starting issue with my push mower. He adjusted some things and also ordered a replacement part for the broken choke lever. My mower now starts on the first pull and runs very well! Thank you Pete for the great job! I will be calling again to have you perform a tune up on my tractor and snow blower!

My experience with Mowers and Blowers has been consistently EXCELLENT!! They came right to my house on the day and time of my appointment, (which saved me the trouble of dragging my things to a shop) did a wonderful job of tuning up or fixing both my lawn mower and my snowblower and totally cleaned up after themselves! Their prices are very reasonable! I have been super impressed and have recommended them to others!

The service provided was excellent. To start things off, they were punctual and M&B even texted me when they were about 10 min away to let me know when they would arrive at the house. I honestly had no idea what the each lawnmower needed as neither mower had run for over 5 years. As a result, I didn't know what to expect or how much it would cost. Within 30 min Pete had one mower running (gave it a general tune up, cleaned everything, and fixed the handle) and told me that the other mower was not worth fixing. I would recommend Mowers and Blowers to anyone that needs repair services for their lawnmower or snow-blower. His honesty, timeliness and great result was enough to make this recommendation. And the fact that he came to my house was awesome and saved me a bunch of time and aggravation. Will definitely use them again.

It was great... I put a request in the morning and within hours heard back from Pete saying he could be there in an hour if that worked for me. He took me through what he was going to do, how much it would cost and suggested how I maintain the snow blower for the long term. My neighbor's blower wasn't working, either, and he walked over to take a look at, and then, fix it all within the same visit. I would 100% call him back for any other needs.

Pete showed up right on the time he said he would, I explained to him a little about the tiller and that it hasn't been started or run for a number of years. He got right on it and wasn't too long I heard it running, at the end he explained what he had done and it is running great. He did have to take the carburetor apart because of a float problem. I had Pete do my snowthrower back in 2014, still running great.

Very well. He checked the engine, then did maintenance (changed spark plugs + oil) to verify it was set up properly, checked again and still it had the problem. He indicated that the engine needed repair, but did not offer to do it. (The head gasket was replaced later by a different service company) Cost was $75 for the service trip ( to my home) + very reasonable prices for replaced spark plugs + oil change. The task requested ( on-site service) was performed properly. The company was not prepared to REPAIR engines, but the web site indicates repair capabilities.

"We are able and prepared to make any and all engine repairs. Since this machine was fairly new, we advised this customer to inquire about warranty coverage through the place of purchase. We DO NOT offer warranty service for ANY of the major manufactures. In this case we were simply trying to save the customer money by providing advice. We apologize if that communication was not made clear at the time of service. Often times our customers will forego the warranty claim process and pay out of pocket to get back up and running. Came to my house and did all the work in his trailer. $273 for tune up of a riding lawn mower and snow blower. $385 for gas/oil leak on riding lawn mower. Cleaned up after he was done. Broke a part on the mower put in a temporary fix until the part could be replaced. Came back and replaced the part.

We have called Pete as our go to person for all our equipment needs. Impressed by his knowledge and honesty. Charges are reasonable. Like the fact that the service comes to us. No long wait for service if you time the request when the service is not in such great demand.

Pete scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. We discussed the issue I was having with the Toro and I left Pete to figure out the cause. After about 40 minutes, Pete said that he was done and he started it up and it sounded like the mower I remembered. He found the cause of low power ( the chock/governor )and then cleaned the filter, sharpened the blade, changed the oil, made other adjustment sand lubrication and then finally cleaned the mower as well..
This is definitely the way I'll go in the future since I don't have to drop off and pick up my equipment at a dealer again.

Pete came on time and asked what the problem was. I told him and he immediately made several adjustments and then tested the unit in the snow and it ran fine without stalling. I have not used it yet on a snow storm to validate that all is now working great but have a high degree of confidence it will run great. This is the second time I have used Pete and would highly recommend his service.

Great! Pete promptly returned our initial call to schedule an appointment, and was on time for the 1 hour/$75 diagnosis of our mower and snow thrower. He was very friendly and professional, and clearly explained why he recommended buying a new lawn mower and repairing our snow thrower. We really appreciated his honesty with the lawn mower recommendation and what type of quality/price we should be aware of when making the purchase.
Upon his return to fix the snow thrower a few weeks later, he had completed his day's other appointments early and called us to make sure he could come to our place earlier that scheduled (as opposed to just showing up). The snow thrower fix went well, and we are extremely happy with his service. He knows his stuff, and we highly recommend Mowers and Blowers.
