This company is incredible! I drive about an hour just to be able to have this vehicle serviced by Mobility Works. The repair on this date was and quot;emergencyand quot; in nature and Carol went out of her way to work us in so we would have this wheelchair vehicle repaired at the earliest convenience. Mark went above and beyond any expectations to service the problems and when we left there my van lift and interior were looking better than when it arrived. Mark had completely cleaned and safety checked the lift and even vacuumed the carpeting in the van itself! The waiting area is amazing. As you can imagine, it takes some time to service these lifts. The waiting area is clean and bright, has newspapers, TV and is stocked with and quot;help yourselfand quot; soda, Culligan water system, one-cup coffee maker, snacks, candy, etc, all donated by Mobility Works to make our wait a little more comfortable. Feels like home. Thanks, Mobility Works, for the great work you do!

We chose them because they were the only local company we could find that actually did the van conversion. They modify vans themselves, but they are also authorized dealers for two or three other companies that do the modifications. So, they service all types of lifts like the hydraulic lifts on school buses. We looked at several different products that they happen to sell. They were very thorough, and they even brought vans out to the house for us to try out. We first went out there as a preliminary visit. They were very good to work with, and they spent a lot of time assessing our needs to make sure we were getting the right type of equipment. They were really very professional on what they do, and I was completely satisfied with what they did.
