He was wonderful. He was here on time and very professional. He was very personable, and he did very good work. I am very pleased with him. I have just moved into this place, and I made him to do lots of things. He was very responsive to what I said. He was very helpful and gave me some tips to do things which I can do myself in the future. He was very good.

Mike was punctual, efficient and meticulous. He always called ahead to make sure his arrival time was convenient and he arrived on time. He even made an "emergency" call one morning to repair a light that had fallen...failed box...I was concerned because my grandchildren were here. While here, he worked non-stop...he was very diligent and there was no time wasted while "on the clock". He was careful to explain what he was doing and asked approval before going ahead. I am considering some renovation and I discussed this with him; he was very open and honest about what he could and couldn't do. I am delighted to have found him..and to top it all off, he has always been pleasant and good natured!
