To that end we have implemented the Toyota Lean Production System, installed energy efficient lighting, water heating equipment and a huge 72kW solar array. We recycle everything from cardboard and metals to the solvents we use. 1st quote was the highest of all. Got 6 quotes total. I went back and reviewed other quotes with Marshall. After reviewing all Marshall and I decided on a different game plan. They then came in with the 2nd lowest quote. Decided to go with them as I received a free loaner car. Car was finished when they said and repair was done wonderfully and to my satisfaction. Thanks.

Performed a great repair. No visible evidence on outside of door. Nicely painted. Successfully traded in car a month later with no notation or awareness of any rust in doors whatsoever.

This was an elective repair. The consultation was open, honest and without any pressure to do this work or additional procedures. They provided a loaner car for a VERY minimal fee. the repair was done ahead of schedule. The work was done perfectly, you cannot detect it is not the original body. AND, when I drove off I noticed they left a box with four delicious cookies. Hopefully I will not need any future body work, but if so, I will return to Marshall's

It was a nice waiting room. We left them the vehicle for about two weeks. It wasn't for the repairs it was for ordering the parts. They kept us informed of the work. Everything was done on a prompt basis. We were worried it would look nice but not drive the same, but it rides great. You should expect good service. They really undrestand there business. They do everything you expect them to do and they are very polite.

Car sustained front end body and mechanical damage when hit by object that fell off a truck. Very professional. Great customer service, always following up. Encountered complicated issues dealing with insurance company but their staff worked through the issues, and worked with us, explaining the situations and making adjustments until we were satisfied with the results. Provided loaner car during repairs.

Marshall's repaired the front end of my car after I was in an accident. I have never had to make an insurance claim before and wasn't sure how they process worked. They gave me a written estimate ahead of time (I wasn't sure if I was going to pay out of pocket or submit an insurance claim). I decided to file a claim and they walked me through the process in terms of what to expect. Once I made the claim, they handled everything from there. They are a preferred provider for my insurance company (State Farm) and there were no questions asked by State Farm. My car looks brand new again and the work is warrantied for life. My car was ready on time and there were even yummy cookies waiting for me on the front seat.

They were referred to be by my auto dealership. They repaired a dent in the front end of my car. The service was fantastic! They drove me home after I dropped my car off. They were very quick and showed me everything they were going to do. They even left a cookie on my car seat to thank me.

They were able to get approval via my insurance company the same day as they are a certified shop for American Family Insurance the work was done with high quality and when I picked up the car there was a box of cookies on the driver's seat... a nice touch!

I've always had a great experience at Marshall. My car has ''pearlized'' paint, which is very tricky to get right, and MAB does a very nice job. Aaron runs a tight ship, and you'll have a good experience there. Everyone is very professional.

I arrived 3 minutes before closing time on a Saturday but the staff stayed late to provide the estimate. Offered advice on what could be repaired/replaced and what I could buff out to save money. Of the three estimates I received, this was the highest, but seemed to be the most comprehensive. I checked their web site and they have a web cam so you can view progress on your vehicle.

I TOOK MY CAR TO MARSHALL BECAUSE THEY WERE REFERRED TO ME BY A CLIENT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT CONSIDERING A CAR ACCIDENT IS SUCH A PAIN. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, DID A GREAT JOB IN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING AND HAD MY CAR DONE EXACTLY WHEN THEY TOLD ME. ONE OF THE CLEANEST BODY SHOPS I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY HAD A RENTAL CAR WAITING FOR ME, I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE EVEN PREFERRED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH REALLY MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE EASIER.
