Hardwood Flooring Service
THERE WAS A SMALL SPOT IN MY BEDROOM THAT WAS NOT FINISHED WITH POLYEURETHANE, AND HE HASNT COME BACK TO DO THE WORK. WE'VE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, AND HE WON'T RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS. HE CAN'T SEEM TO COME BACK TO FINISH THE LITTLE DETAIL WORK. HE ALSO STAINED CABINETS IN THE DINING ROOM. ONE CAME OUT A DARKER COLOR. HE STILL HAS NOT REFINISHED ONE DRAWER IN THE DINING ROOM AS WELL. HE IS ALSO CONTRACTED TO REFINISH OUR DOOR. WE PAID HIM IN FULL AND UP FRONT-$472, AND HE HAS YET TO DO THE WORK. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. HE TOLD US TO BUY A NEW DOOR AFTER THE ESTIMATE, AND WE DID. NOW, HE HASNT COME TO DO THE WORK. WE WANT A REFUND.
