Description of Work: Replaced one of the metal pins on the dial of my Seiko wristwatch that indicates the hour. This pin had broken loose and was causing the hands of the watch to jam.

 + -1 moreLittle Swiss Clock Shop did a very nice job with it. It wasn't working when I took it in. They fixed it the first time and they did a pretty thorough job. They are very competent.Their price wasn't fair but it was fair.
Description of Work: I used Little Swiss Clock Shop to repair a very old German wall clock.

 + -1 moreI had my grandfather clock overhauled about 9 years ago and it should have lasted me a lifetime. However, the clock is now malfuctioning. They were the only company that worked on my clock. I had a horrible experience with them. I felt their representative were not knowledgable in this field. I do not trust these people. I had to go another company to fix what this company couldn't fix.

 + -1 moreI HAVE FOUND LITTLE SWISS TO BE EXCELLENT FOR THE ODD, UNUSUAL REPAIR OF TIMEPIECES, AS WELL AS THEIR REGULAR BUSINESS OF CLOCK AND WATCH SALES AND SERVICE.
Description of Work: REPAIRMAN FOUND A WRIST STRAP TO REPLACE MY BROKEN, ODD-SIZE WRIST STRAP, THUS MAKING MY WATCH USABLE AGAIN. REPLACED MY STRAP. THE SEARCH TOOK LONGER THAN THE REPLACEMENT.
