+ -1 moreWHEN I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO TODD, HE WAS THERE WITHIN A HALF HOUR AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHIN 45 MINUTES. HE WAS POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICK.
Description of Work: AFTER A RECENT MOVE, WE HAD BEEN WITHOUT A TELEPHONE FOR 3 WEEKS. THE LAST PROBLEM WAS DUE TO PHONE WIRING WITHIN THE HOUSE.
