They did an outstanding job! They were on time, worked very hard, cleaned up, the work is extremely well done. They were right on in terms of the projected start date as well. They follow up each step of the way. When the project was completed, they called to make sure we were pleased with everything. Outstanding customer service!

Spoke to the Service Supervisor at Krueger. To his credit, he said that the job could probably be done cheaper by a handyman. I told him that I had contacted several handymen, some top rated on AL, and all said that they did not work above the level of the roof overhang (and this is on a ranch). They did not have a trip charge, but did have a job minimum. Since the minimum was less than another firm's trip charge (plus an hourly rate), I had Krueger do the job. Since this was during the winter, they did the job as soon as weather permitted. Work was good, but I had to accept that it had to be done under the minimum charge. I would use them again.

They came out, looked at the roof/flashing and pinpointed the problem. Jess gave a detailed explanation of what the problem was and what would need to be done to fix the issue and was very upfront about it. They showed up on time and got straight to work. After getting no real solution from other contractors, we're so glad LH Krueger was recommended to us. We feel the problem has been solved.

Work was completed in less than the time quoted. Installers were professional and friendly.

We did a porch remodeling with LH Krueger that we're very happy with. They were here a number of times over the course of the summer. The real, serious work took maybe two months. Their last visit was just a couple of weeks ago. They were excellent. They did stay within the estimated price.

Job went very well from start to finish. Everyone I had contact with was very professional while also personable. The work was performed very well with improvements. The 2nd story gutter was set back in place with extra hangers added and screws put in where there were originally only nails on the remaining original hangers. The improvements were the spontaneous suggestion of the man who made the repair indicating a willingness to go beyond just tacking up the gutter. This showed a commitment to doing the job right as standard operating procedure. Very pleased and will use L. H. Krueger and Son for future needs.

They are very  responsive, their prices are fair and they do a great job!!! They weren't just sitting down all of the workers did what they were supposed to do and answered all of our questions.

They are very responsive to come out when you need them and they follow through with the work that is done. There is no slacking off with them they do their jobs very well. They are very attentive to what you need and communicate well with the whole process.

We worked LH Krueger on the replacement of our roof and gutters. Excellent company to work with. Mike, our sales rep, was extremely thorough in explaining the products and the process. Miguel and his crew were professional and did a rock solid job on the installation and Tom, our project manager was quick to respond to any questions/concerns that we had. The project took longer than originally anticipated, though overall everything went really smoothly. Highly recommended.

Would I hire them again? Without question. 
The salesperson was an excellent communicator, typically getting back to me within hours, and arrived promptly with samples and paperwork.  Answers to technical questions were prompt and detailed, including source documentation where relevant, for example about the specific language of the warranty.  They gave me options early in the process.  There were no surprises in the pricing, no high-pressure sales tactics at any time, and no unexpected last-minute line-item additions. 

I got my own permits in advance and forwarded copies to the project manager.  On the start date, they put down wood on the driveway where the 30-yard rolloff box would sit.  Materials were also delivered on that day.  On the next day, the truck delivered the rolloff box and the tear-off began.   
The work was done by a small crew of the same tradespeople each day. There were separate crews for roofing, siding and gutters, but within those crews I saw the same people each day they were there.  I communicated with the project manager frequently by phone and e-mail.  The crews would occasionally need to coordinate work with me, and were good about doing that with minimal inconvenience to my family.  
This job was done over the winter, including significant snow and rain, so I appreciated that they tore off and weatherproofed smaller sections each day, rather than tearing off all at once and tarping large sections.  
Someone was there every work day unless the project manager notified me, or it was raining or snowing, until substantial completion.  After substantial completion, punch list items were completed as soon as weather allowed.  
I was very impressed that when there was unanticipated damage in the course of the work, they fixed everything with no hassles and no reminders.  For example, a skylight handle was broken off, and they bought and installed a new one.  
Also, there are sometimes hidden factors that can't be accurately assessed until the job begins. When the shingling had to be modified slightly, they explained why they could not do it as they originally planned.   

After the work was completed, I received all the paperwork as expected: Final invoice, lien release, warranty certificate, care information.  Disclosure:  They did send me cookies after the job was finished as well, and they were good cookies.  
I had no unanticipated costs or bills beyond the contract and written change orders.  I experienced ZERO (0) leaks during the entire process and have had ZERO leaks since the work was completed. It was great working with everybody from L. H. Krueger.

I seen them doing a gutter job down the street and approached them to see if they would bid my house I was told to call the number on the truck. I did and spoke with Dave Caney he ended coming when i was not there and they mailed me an estimate the price was very reasonable they ordered the material and started the job about 4 weeks later it only took them 4 hours they were super fast and did an excellent job i would recommend them to anyone you would not be disappointed

Experienced professionals from start to finish. Our sales rep Mike explained every component of the quote and had information sheets to leave on every element that would be incorporated into the job. Left us with extensive listing of jobs in the area so that we could see what the different roof colors looked like installed. Price was competitive with others but we were impressed with care in the explanation of what the cost would be. Better term for the their roofing crew would be "skilled craftsmen". They were on the job early every day and made it a point to make sure I understood where they were at in the process every day and what was going on with my roof. Found some hidden shortcuts made by the previous roofing people and did a fantastic job of correcting the deficiencies. Job site was clean and orderly at the end of each day. I would highly recommend LH Krueger to anyone undertaking the daunting decision to re-roof their house.

We called as soon as we noticed the damage. L H Krueger and Son provided excellent roof and siding repair services for use two years ago so we were confident they would get this repair done quickly and well. The head of their repair group determined what repairs were needed and sent us an estimate. We scheduled the work. They worked our project into their busy schedule and got the repair completed three days after we accepted their estimate, well within the two week window they committed to meet. They matched the shingles to the existing roof exactly. The repaired section blends perfectly. We are very pleased that this was completed before more rain moved in.

The work was done as scheduled, with a one-day delay due to inclement weather. Workmanship appears to be very good; however, the work crew left a mess (wrappers, nails, shingles, other debris) in our gutters and yard. We contacted the foreman, and he promptly visited our home to supervise the cleanup. Due to the cold weather, it was no longer possible to clean up the gutters. However, the company sent someone to cleanup the gutters this spring. We appreciated this extra step and would recommend Krueger to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.
