+ -1 moreMother Nature was not our ally during this process but LSI was. We had many weather delays but Dan kept us updated and we all kept our senses of humor intact. The crew we interacted with daily was gracious and went above and beyond the job requirements. An example of this would be that all good sized rocks were piled together and when the pile was large enough, one of the men would wheelbarrow them down to our shoreline. Any sod scraps/remnants were also brought to the backyard.....not on the contract. Without reservation I highly recommend this firm.
Description of Work: After demolishing a lake cottage and building a new home, we were faced with how to transform our barren, rocky yard into something that was affordable and would enhance our lake environment. We additionally had the challenge of needing retaining walls to our north and south as well as a driveway. We interviewed numerous firms/ individuals, even one man from Angie's List. We ultimately chose Mr.Wall because he sensed our vision, had creative ideas to enhance said vision and presented as an honorable professional. Over a period of weeks Mr.Wall and team coordinated with us, putting in retaining walls with planters, sod and seed, worked with our chosen concrete specialists and finally added lighting. Last night we got to experience the finished product as the sun went down....spectacular!!! Mr.Wall took our basic, practical plans and created grounds worthy of House Beautiful on Nagawicka in Delafield. Bravo Dan!!
