From Booking with Alyssa who made it simple and efficient to Ben and Josh who were professional and really fast, they removed all items and filled their trailer in less than 45 minutes. Great job at a good price.

I picked Junkshuttle from online search, best decision I made in a long time! Josh & Josh came on time worked their butts off moving very heavy fire proof file cabinets from basement plus a ton of other items. Very professional on time could not ask for more, and very reasonable price. Josh & Josh are the best.

I found this company through Home Advisor. They contacted me the same day. When I got back to them, they picked up the piece I needed removed within 2 days. They were prompt, friendly and I would recommend them.

They were very professional to work with over the phone as I do not reside at the residence where I needed their help. They arrived when they said they would and took everything I had requested them to take.

Mike was just wonderful and made me feel so comfortable... he and his worker did a great job taking my stuff.. they worked fast.... only thing is I thought it was a little expensive, but other wise I was very, very happy with them.....

This was so easy. The guys came out, were professionally dressed, very polite and courteous and cleaned up any mess they made before leaving. I would DEFINATELY recommend using them. I will for any future needs.

Getting things set up for removal of the chemical waste took a longer then anticipated but it wasn't their fault, waiting for the landfill's response to the application. We received our invoice via email and paid the driver with a check. The driver showed up on the scheduled day and on time. I will definitely refer them and use them again if the need comes up.

PROMPT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE!

We were reluctant to have strangers in our home taking care of our "junk." However, the two young men, Jason and Dean, were: polite, on time, businesslike but friendly, and did an outstanding job. They worked non-stop until all the jobs were completed. They even made sure that lights were turned off, doors closed, and everything put back in place if it needed to be moved. They made sure they understood which items were to go and which were to stay. Had we known such people were out there, we would have had the "junk" removed a long time ago!!! :o)

Using Westwood Services worked out great for me. From the initial contact, a phone call by me, to sweeping up the patio, they were focused on customer service. They were willing to work around my schedule, showed up on time, completed the requested work and cleaned up after, in the timeframe they promised. I will use them again in the future if I need that type of job done.

I needed a very large and heavy couch moved before my new one would be delivered. The old couch was picked up quickly and efficiently! I was very, very pleased with the immediate response I received. Thank you!

The two fellas here performed their mission as expected. They were polite, thorough, and within the estimated time range. I felt as though this was exactly the type of task they agreed to undertake. I will be considering them in the fall 2011. they fee was reasonable, and a definite factor when I considered this particular service. The person I dealt with on the phone was exceptional. She made me feel that my business was not too small, and important to the company! This service took approximately one & a half hours. Not all day. And, I believe it was "SEASONAL SERVICES," not Westwood Services that I am referring to.

Conscientious, thorough, and very courteous. And, when my new tenants didn't call to schedule after a couple of days, the truck driver (Junk Shuttle) called to have me prompt the pick-up time. Much appreciated!

I called Westwood services on a Sunday morning after we had pulled up 5 large arbor vitae in our yard the day before. We had also dug out the root systems which were quite heavy. They came right away that afternoon and hauled away everything except three of the large stumps that required more people to lift. They were very quick and efficient that day. I was told they would be by the next day to pick up the remaining three stumps. Nobody came the next day so I called and left a message. I didn't hear from them until Thursday when they told me they had been having truck troubles but they would be by on Friday to pick them up.
