They tore out and replaced a 22'x24' garage and a 8'x30' apron. They completed the job in one day everything went well and the floor looked great when finished. I did have a crack in the slab that developed about 3 month after the install it is hair line and maybe 12 to 18 inches long. I did not contact Joe about this, from past experience with concrete I don't fault the installer, this is how the concrete either was mixed or how it dried and the installers can not control this. I would use them again. I don't mind paying a little more for quality work. The floor has now been in for 10 months and I have no problems the crack did not get any longer or did it get wider and there are no others in the entire floor or apron.

Everything went very well. We have been very happy with him.

Tom (Joe's brother) Luterbach actually did this work; apparently Tom does many of the smaller jobs. He came for the estimate when he said he would come, kept to his estimate, did the work in a timely manner, was cost competitive with the other estimates, and did what I wanted him to do. The foundation was poured as a monolithic slab with curbs for the shed walls to sit on, anchor bolts for the sill plates, thickened edges ( 12"), and a 4" thick floor that gently slopes to the front door to allow water or melting snow to drain out of the shed. Tom and his crew gave me everything I asked for and gave me the impression that they were experienced craftsmen that knew what they were doing. The foundation was poured on my sloping back yard and had to compensate for a grade of 1.5' 2' from the front left corner to the back right corner. When the job was done, they cleaned up well and helped me spread 12 yards of topsoil around the newly poured foundation (saving me about 80 trips with the wheel barrow!). Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Tom and his crew for similar jobs.

Joe Luterbach has a top notch organization. From the estimating process all the way through the final pour and clean-up, it was first class. The job involved a colored concrete pour and was finished with a window pane look. We will be the envy of our subdivision.
