He was punctual and personable, started within the time frame he promised and finished fairly quickly but thats about it. He chopped more than he cut, the cut is very uneven and he missed some spots. Looks like he needed to sharpen his blades.
And he also cut in an area he shouldn't have.

This review is long overdue. Jay has been taking care of our snow removal needs for two winters. We are a mature couple unable to perform snow removal from our driveway, back porch and patio area; front (public) sidewalk as well as walkway and front porch. Jay has faithfully performed this service for us, ensuring that our cars can traverse the driveway from garage to street. He is punctual and professional. Not once in two years have we been unable to make it to work , fulfill appointments or run errands. In short, he takes care of us. His rates are reasonable and we will continue to use his services. Highly recommend.

He's very easy to work with. He shows up when he has to and does the job, but we never see him.

He was very good and I would use him again. He came and picked it up that morning and had it back to me in the same day. He came when he said he would and had it back in the time frame. He was a very personable guy. I was irritated with another place that didn't call me. He called and sent a follow up email. He also does snow blowers and I would call him for that. I will have him do my maintenance on the rider next year. The price was fair and the same as the other company. The price included him picking it up and bringing it back.

We called them in December and signed on at the last minute. They simply added us to their list.

The job was fine. They showed up and did the work and there were no problems.

He did work for us once during a vacation. Since then, we have used him a couple of more times because he fell behind. He is willing to come out and do the work for us.

Jay does a great job and is very reasonably priced. He pays attention to his work and is careful of other shrubs, etc. I like the fact that he comes when the grass needs to be cut, vs the same day every week, whether that's the right interval or not. When I first got his estimate for the work, I called him first thing in the morning, and I had my estimate by 2:00 pm. He fit me into his schedule that same week.

After a couple weeks' neglect, I was in a hurry to get someone out to take care of the lawn at my mother's home before the neighbors complained. I called several companies, and Jay was able to give me a free estimate the same day and was very professional and courteous. He mowed that day, and I was so pleased with the result I asked him to put my mother's home on his weekly schedule. He did a great job being cautious of trees, gardens, downspouts, and other obstacles. I've also called Jay to mow at my own home occasionally on an ''as needed'' basis when my husband has been too busy with other projects. I call him if it's been a while since our lawn was mowed, and he always fits me in within a day or two and does a great job. Whether you're a scheduled customer or a ''now and then'', Jay'll take good care of you. It's a great time saver during our all-too-short summer months, and compared to quotes from other companies, it's at a great price.
