We have used IT Connect for several years. When we started with them, they had a different company name but same great computer technicians. I stopped over to their office to see if they could fix my old computer but my hard drive was ready to die. They told me the laptops they like best and where to go to get one. I dropped off my new computer the next morning and it was ready that same afternoon. Before we found this computer company several years ago, we had tried other computer repair companies. We were never satisfied. Since we found IT Connect, we use them whenever we need computer repairs and recommend them to our relatives and friends. Thank you Ryan, Jason, and Jason!! Their home service is great, too, and they are always very professional and will work until everything we want is taken care of.

We used them for our I.T. techs for less than 1 year.We paid a 2 month penalty to get out of the contract with them.Every time something didn't work, they wanted to sell us new equipment rather than fix the problem.I wound up fixing half the problems myself without buying new hardware.They also don't start work until 9AM in the morning, so if you come into work before then and your system is down, you are out of luck.By then their voice mails are so plentiful that they can't get back to you right away. I believe they believe "WE" the customer owes them a living, and they cannot be bothered to put in the time necessary to earn and keep our business.

"Hi Member, I am sorry that you were disappointed with us and want to make things right by you, although I have to admit that we do not provide the type of service that you seem to have been expecting. You have a very old 3com router that was failing frequently and requiring manual intervention to get it running again, and I stand by my recommendation that it be replaced. While I understand that you (and we) were able to get it running again by turning the power off and on again, I do not consider that router as having been fixed and still recommend that the router should be replaced. While I did go over every aspect of the service agreement with you when you signed up for the "Light" version of the fixed rate service plan I probably should have spent more time to make sure that you fully understood it. We do give priority response to our service plan customers but there is no guarantee that the service will be provided instantly upon receiving your phone call. The plan guarantees 24 hour response and we were always able to meet that, usually closing your support tickets out within a few hours and often immediately. But we cannot guarantee that a technician will be assigned to the problem instantly as you were expecting from us. There is a lot of planning that goes into having the right staff available to meet your needs when you are on a service plan. With the plan we provide our services to you at a discount in exchange for your commitment, part of which is to let us know at least 60 days in advance of cancelling the plan. There is no penalty for cancelling-- we just needed to get the 60 days notice that you had agreed to when you contracted with us for discounted services. We did charge you for the cancellation period, and you also called me needing support during that time and we provided the service for you, but there was never any penalty. I do concede that you expressed to us several times that you wanted us to open at 7 or 8am instead of 9am and I did discuss that with our team at the time, but unfortunately we do not have enough demand for service prior to 9am to cover the cost of bringing in additional staff to cover it. If you had needed to schedule an appointment for 7 or 8am I could have done that, however I cannot simply bring everyone in an hour or two early every day just in case you might call. In closing I would like to say that I'm sorry that you were not happy with us, and we are still willing to work with you should you need assistance with your network in the future. It turned out fine. When he diagnosed the issue, he told us that the computer wasn't fixable. We needed to know that. We were pleased to know we could call someone and trust someone. We were comfortable with his expertise.

It turned out very fine. They were very cooperative. They even gave me a temporary computer while mine was being fixed and while I decided what I wanted to do. I was pleased with their knowledge, courtesy and willingness to help. When I had said something about a concern I had they were very conscientious about not charging me anymore.
