THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE ATTIC INSULATION, WHICH DELAYED US GETTING THE WORK COMPLETED. THE WORK THEY DID WAS ADEQUATE, BUT SINCE THEY NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THE SECOND JOB I WOULD HAVE TO LOWER THEIR GRADE. THE TECHNICIAN WE WORKED WITH SEEMED A BIT SHY, SO IT WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO CONVERSE WITH HIM.
