Joe also did a very good job communicating with me. He's very personable and intelligent, and has the ability to explain things in easy-to-understand terms without sounding condescending. He never criticized me (even though I deserve it!) for how poorly I've kept up some of the parts of my house, and I appreciated that. He suggested different repair options for the garage with different cost estimates that were easy to understand.
To top it all off, after providing a very reasonable and competitive estimate for all the work, he came in UNDER budget! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
