Description of Work: We purchased a phone system from Giraffe some time ago and were having some technical problems that we couldn't resolve after referring to the manual. I called Giraffe and was referred to Brian. He didn't immediately know how to help us, but said he would research it and call back. He called back promptly, and was very very helpful. The problem was solved.
