I called Rich, who came and scoped out the job(s). He sent me a written estimate a few days later. I called and told him I would like him to do the work. I was out of town the next weekend, but the following weekend he came and completed all the smaller jobs on Saturday; filled the ceiling cracks on Sunday; and sanded the ceiling on Tuesday afternoon. He worked hard and quickly, and everything looks great.
