Pam Garski was AWFUL! She was supposed to be working for us. She spent most of her effort worried about the seller. Tried to brush off the results of the home inspection as “nothing”. It was new construction and the seller ended up replacing the roof due to our inspection!! Really poor excuse for an agent.
