I am service orientated and treat my work as if it were being done in my home. Your calls will always be returned and communication lines open through completion of the work! Demo on a Dime is an owner operated LLC in the state of Wisconsin primarily conducting projects in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties; however, I am open to travel further. I am a licensed and insured general contractor.

This house went from being "the" eyesore of the neighborhood to becoming the highest sale price of ANY home EVER sold in the neighborhood (prior to writing this comment), even compared to homes with more square footage. I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to quality of workmanship. When it comes to painting, the trim lines MUST be precise. The mitering of baseboards and woodwork has to match up PERFECTLY. Demo-On-A-Dime provided me with the perfection I require at a reasonable rate. With the few exceptions, due to back-orders of some products, Demo-On-A-Dime stayed on schedule. I'm providing a link to a video of the house transformation from "Before, During and After" so you can see the perfection of his workmanship. I would challenge anyone to find a better qualty contractor at any price. Lee Greve
