While the work performed last season was great, they did not contact me about this season, and I was left in a bind because they chose not to do the snow removal in this area.

We decided to hire a snow removal company and selected DeMark's after checking Angie's List and other sources. They did a very good job of removing our snow this past winter. They were timely and very professional.

From the very first phone call to inquire about the services, I spoke to Tasha very professional and informative. Jenny came out to give an estimate also very kind and professional. Steve and Ian came out to clean the windows. I couldn't have asked for better. They did an EXCELLENT job. They were very kind and informed me of other services the company offers as well, which I will be calling about. Just to add, I called back today to inquire about getting screens put back in after I've had them repaired. Spoke with Alissa who was also very kind and professional. She had to get back with me, and did so in a timely manner. I'm so thankful that my first search for getting my windows cleaned was a very very pleasant and productive experience. Thank you DeMarks. Just had a DeMark’s crew clean my windows inside and out. What a great experience — from start to finish! Kaelan and Steve were amazing. DeMark’s does all the tasks I can’t handle, and I’ve got my fingers crossed that I’ll be able to get the same crew back the next time I call. Great job, guys!

Overall, really well. Steve and his assistant did an excellent job. The windows are sparkling. My only disappointment is that I had to call because no one showed up during the promised time window. I called about 20 minutes after the time promised and the office staff found out what was happening and quickly called me back. The work actually started about an hour after the promised time window. I would definitely hire them again because the quality of the work is so high.

Demark's did an excellent job. Paid attention to the minor details that we wouldn't have noticed or thought about. Even spent the extra time on our interior french doors just make sure each pane of glass was as clean and sparkling as the larger windows. For the amount of time they put into it, well worth the investment. Could never have done that good of a job on our own and many of our windows needed large extensions ladders to reach. Amazed at the difference clean windows make in bringing more sunlight into our home. Plan to have them back again.

We are extremely pleased with the services provided.  Our windows are clean and clear beyond our expectations!  The three gentlemen who performed the work were pleasant, respectful and friendly and took great care in keeping our home neat and clean.  They did a fantastic job.

I saw the DeMark's truck in my neighborhood cleaning windows on a residence.  I approached them about doing mine.  Within a few days the owner came out and estimated my job.  My house faces west and in the morning the sunlight comes through the east family room windows and in the later afternoon shines in the living room.  For years, I've seen streaky glass at certain times of the day, no matter how hard I try cleaning them myself.  So.....hired DeMark's; they fit me in the next week as I was having company.  Joey came at 7 am on a cold Dec. morning and immediately went to work cleaning insides and outsides and taking off storms, etc. to get all the glass sides in between.  My windows are awesome......no more streaks.  I think it took more than 3 hours of continuous work, and I have a small ranch.

He brought his son with him whom was as capable as his dad.  They told us at Lowe's this was a hard job, but he was wonderful, professional, and got the job done in one day that normally takes two days.  I have all good ratings and will continue to use him in the future if needed. 

4 windows were not cleaned at all and multiple windows were cleaned partially only. Reportedly the crew didn't have the right equipment. Strange excuse since they saw the house before to give the estimate and should have known what equipment is needed. I talked to president of the company Nick DeMark and he promised to come back on November 17th to fix the sloppy work. Nobody showed up and multiple phone calls to him and the company were not returned.
