 + -1 moreOverall, this company has provided satisfactory service over a period of many years. Their responsiveness following damage to our copier in our small home-based business allowed me to continue working with only a minor delay while they sought for, ordered, and replaced missing parts and repaired the entire machine. As always, staff was courteous and helpful, even offering to return if needed for no extra charge.
Description of Work: I have purchased several copies from this company of the years, and their service is always exceptional. When moving from one location to another recently, the moving company broke one feed tray, and lost another tray. When the moving company refused to repair the copier, COS technicians came to the rescue, finding and replacing parts to a machine that is already outdated in terms of longevity for office equipment. In addition, they also took time to service the entire machine, and made sure it worked well before leaving. It has been a pleasure doing business with this company.
