The experience was very pleasant. When had a bit of an emergency, since our old garage door opener stopped working on December 23,2010. No one would come out on the day before Christmas, except BISHOP DOOR. The owner came out and installed a new garage door opener on Dec.24, allowing us to drive out of the city for our family Christmas gathering.

My garage door would not open all of the way. Even though it is very old, the serviceman told me that he would see what he could do. Luckily he got it working for now. If I need to replace the door completely, I will go with this company for sure.

We were pleased with them. They did a good job. They were on time and they did the job, so I would recommend them for everything. Their price was okay. We would consider using them again in the future.

We had a really high garage with a really high ceiling and so the price was a bit extra because of the height of the garage. The person who answers the phone is really helpful and friendly. The person who came out and did the work did a really good job and was thorough. The only thing that I was disappointed with was that they didn?t ask the questions upfront. I told the person who came out initially that we have a really high ceiling and then they told me that they couldn?t do the work that day since it was a really high ceiling. He said that he didn?t have the ladder and the right tools to do the job. So we had to reschedule for a different day. He called us a number of times that day and he was delayed since he was busy. He was supposed to be there in the morning and he came out late in the afternoon. It was a problem for us since I just had a baby the day before and my husband stayed at home waiting for them. However, he did a good job at the end. I would use their services in the future too.

I called Bishop Door Sales because we had chipping on the bottom panel of our garage door. I asked for an estimate and they were out the next day to take a look. At the time, they estimated that it would run about $200 or a little under and it would take a few weeks because the panel had to be made. Within a couple days, I received an estimate for $175. Once the door was ready, I was called to schedule an appointment. At that time, I also asked that they replace the rubber seal on my two-stall door (a $20 charge). The installer arrived on time and fixed the panel and both rubber seals and my total was $195. The installer also provided some maintenance on both doors (applying oil on the coils, etc.) that was above and beyond what I had expected.

Very well, cotractor showed up on time as promised and finsihed job same day for price quoted. In additon, shared preventive maintenance advice to avid future service calls.

Called to get a new garage door opener and keyless entry. Very cordial receptionist. Set up a date one week out (we told them it was not urgent). They came exactly when they said they would. The guy told us how long it would take and it was right on. They charged $350 as quoted. The guy (can't remember his name) was very polite, went over everything we needed to know, even coded our car garage door opener for us. Very pleasant and reliable company to work with.

I wasn't able to meet the installer on the arranged day for installation, so let them know I would keep the door open for them. I came home, and the new unit was installed, the old was was removed, and the instructions and remote controls were waiting for me in the garage. This company also replaced my my garage door a few years ago. They have provided superb service; I give them an A+.
