Bluemound Express Moving & Storage Co

They were very professional and kind. They handled my things with care. They were extremely courteous and helpful when I had to change how the move took place due to a delay in closing on my house. They ended up picking up my belongings on Monday, storing them for a week, then delivering them on Friday. They used a pup trailer so they could leave my belongings on the trailer and not have to unload into a storage unit and reload later. They made this change for me the Thursday before the move.

Our crew was on time, friendly, and efficient! Would definitely hire again and recommend to friends and family. Time to move was approximately nine hours.

Excellent experience. The 2 gentlemen that came were very hard workers, despite the 90-degree temperatures. No issues and communication from the company was great.

It went wonderfully well. Our crew was experienced, and both careful and efficient. They were very nice and helpful to us. I have no basis to judge price.

They were here on time. I had used them in the past and been more pleased than I was this time. I think I would talk to them. I think I had a very young, inexperienced crew. They were there right on time in the morning, but they told me the estimate of time was 4 to 5 hours and it took them 9. They just didn't seem very professional. It was a lot of young guys that just didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Called a few weeks ahead to get a quote.  It was $156 per hour.  The man I talked to on the phone was very pleasant and told me how to get everything ready.  The start time was 8:00 but they told me that was when the truck left Waukesha and that I should expect them around 8:45 - 9:00.  They arrived promptly at 9:00.  Dante and Jamie were very friendly and professional.  They introduced themselves, shook my hand and got right to work.  They did a great job loading and unloading everything..nothing was broken or scratched.  They were really nice about moving things around and kept up a very good work pace.  I didn't feel they were milking their time and they didn't really take any breaks even though it was very hot.  I would definitely hire them again.

Bluemound Express is such a great moving company!  We had 2 guys - Derek & Alex and they were awesome!  We had heavy & big furniture for them - couches, bookcases, oak desk, etc. There was even a treadmill they had to take the side bars off to make it fit up the staircase.   Nothing light & it was very humid the day we moved - they never complained & they were fantastic!!   Loaded everything up in the truck & took the time to wrap things so they didn't get damaged.  Drove out to the new house & unloaded with the same care to make sure things didn't get damaged & asked where I wanted everything placed.  I also have to give them 2 thumbs up because I told them to put a hutch in the basement & then I changed my mind & found a spot for it in the kitchen.  They had no problem bringing that heavy thing back up the stairs and put it exactly where I wanted.  I would definitely recommend Bluemound Express to anyone - professional & very efficient!!

It went fine. They were punctual and they did everything on time. They were a little messy in the end. They did wear shoe covers so after all the flooring was done and when we stepped back in, we had our cleaning lady there at the same time so she ended up wiping after them.

I had called several other local companies but settled on Bluemound Express because I felt more comfortable that they would do good work at a fair price.  I was thrilled with how flexible they were which worked in my favor because my move date to a newly constructed home was a moving target.  The crew arrived on time and went right to work.  When I say work, they worked hard and as a team.  This wasn't a moving consisting of boxes, this moved involved very heavy and large items such as a very fragile china cabinet, piano, pool table, freezer, refrigerators, etc...In addition, the move required getting through narrow spaces.  I was closing on the old home in a matter of days, so I didn't have any time to go back any make any repairs prior to the new home owners taking occupancy.  This was something I shouldn't have worried about because nothing got damaged. no wall scuff, door dings, floor damage, etc...They were fantastic at protecting my soon to be old home and all the belongings being loaded into the truck. They were just as great unloading the new home.  Maybe just as important was how great the crew was as a team and as individuals.  They were very professional and personal.  Turns out that the china cabinet just wasn't going to work in the new home, so we called them back and they delivered and set it up at a relatives home. the relative was just as impressed by the second crew.  I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the organization and all the guys that made the moves.  I firmly believe the fact that they are employees of the company and not temps off the street play a big part in the pride and quality of the work they do.  A++++

They were 40 minutes late on the moving day which they said was due to traffic.  No items were damaged in the move, but they stole 2 boxes that had $15,000 worth of jewelry that we had foolishly packed with some of our other bedroom items.  The box was not labeled as having "jewelry" so they either used some type of metal detector or shook boxes and opened them.  We hired an attorney to go after them and their only response was that we "signed off" that the truck was empty when they left.  A friend shared a similar experience that she had with them as well.

We were able to get someone to come out very quickly after our initial call to give us an estimate.  The estimate was sent to us via email very quickly.  All of our questions were answered whenever we called.  It was very nice to be able to go to their office  to pick up supplies like boxes and bubble wrap if we needed them.  The 4 man crew on both days were very polite, efficient and hard working.  They arrived on time, introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing and handled all of our possessions with care.  There is absolutely no way we could have done as good a job ourselves.  We would very highly recommend their service and if we ever move again they will be who we call.

They packed it for us and they were supposed to unpack everything. The guy came out and looked at everything. They were supposed to have three guys pack, but only came with two initially. They were supposed to pack Thursday, and load and unpack on Friday. They didn't finish until 10:00PM on Friday. They had no clue they were supposed to unpack everything. The three guys that came out had great personalities, but they missed a couple of items at our old house and tracked in a bit of dirt.

I would definitely use them again!

It went great! They arrived on time and took a lot of care to rewrap the piano with pads and shrink wrap.  They were careful to insure that all parts of teh piano were covered and protected.  They moved furniture into where the paino was located so the room looked finished when they left.  The priicing was better that competitive due to not requiring a three hour minimum.  Would use them for anything from a piano move to a complete house move.  Exceptional crew and service.

I moved less then mile from my old house to my new house. We asked Bluemound Express to move the large items and some heavy boxes we had backed. We were also swapping the appliances between the two houses, so it required multiple trips between the two locations. We also had several items that we did not want anymore, and asked the guys to take them to Goodwill since Bluemound Express is located very near Goodwill. The guys were very hard workers and were very focused to complete the job quickly. We also had several very heavy and awkward items in our basement, which the guys moved quickly and without complaint. They also had great concern for our stuff and nothing was damaged in the move. In fact, when we got to the new house it started raining heavily, and they put down plastic, pads and cardboard to protect our floors. Regarding price, I found them to be very reasonable compared to the other companies we contacted. Most of the other companies charged the same hourly as Bluemound express, but charged extras for things like taking my projection tv out of my basement. Moving wasn't cheap, but the guys worked hard and didn't waste time to pad the bill. Overall, working with Bluemound express was a great experiance. They were honest about their service, and there weren't any unexpected changes. The guys were very punctual, professional, and took great care of our stuff. If I ever need to move again Bluemound Express will be my first call and I would recommend it to all of my friends and family.

We initially thought the move went well - we (even) tipped the 3 man crew $25 each.  HOWEVER, when we went back to inspect the condo we sold, we realized that we were effectively ripped off/defrauded.  The movers were supposed to pack the few items my wife and I didn't have time to pack ourselves. Unfortunately:
* They left a small dresser in the master bedroom closet
* They left items in the bathroom, in a couple of closets and the kitchen
* They redistributed some items - in so doing, they removed some and ended up leaving without (re) packing them. 
* They left things strewn about - the place was a mess

I spent 3 hours rapidly packing items into anything I could find - a couple of boxes and plastic bags.   Ultimately, the move was a disaster. 
Situations like this are ultimately an ownership and leadership issue - Bluemound's employees are not properly developed, coached and trained to deliver on their company's promise. 
If you're moving in Wisconsin, don't use Bluemound Express - not if you want the move to be done right and you want to get what you pay for.
