I would recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation. Bryce was professional and friendly. He explained what would be done and followed through as promised. When work was completed, he did a “walk around” the property with us to point out our lot lines. We are confident with the information and documents provided which gives us peace of mind! Don’t bother looking further for someone to do a better job. Atlas Surveying is the company that will do the job right.

Bryce @ Atlas was very easy to work with and very flexible with the fact that we were traveling when he sent the initial contract. This was really a 3 step process and was well communicated throughout. First he came out to the house and did his preliminary measuring & marking, then he did the Plat drawing, and finally he came out again, did the final marker sets and walked us around showing us everything. He even cleared up that, what I thought was a marker, was actually just a pole the previous owner had in the ground. I feel very confident that when we add our outbuilding that we'll know exactly where were going to work, and the size we can work with.
