I worked directly with Abby for the decision to purchase new windows for my home. She was thorough and knowledgeable in explanation of the product and timeline for installation. She took extra time to answer any of my questions that day, or later over the phone. The installation crew was professional, punctual and left my home in excellent condition. At no time was I concerned with the quality of workmanship; the trim-both interior and exterior-finished off the windows to fit the style of my home. I am thoroughly satisfied with the end result.

They were excellent! I love my windows! I have a small window in my bathroom that has a different design. I was a bit iffy about it because I was worried about my HOA having a problem, but I was shocked at how well they duplicated the original window's design. It’s beautiful! I will definitely use them again in future.

Gina is absolutely delightful. She helped us through the whole process all the way and is very knowledgeable. The installers did a fantastic job and were able to adjust to our schedule. The quality of these new windows is outstanding, we couldn't have asked for a better job.

Gina Della was such a pleasure to work with on the replacement of all of the windows in our 1953 Cape Cod. Within a few days of signing the agreement, Frank came to measure the windows - during a huge snowstorm, I might add. The windows were promised before Christmas on a tight deadline and they delivered. They look wonderful and has immensely improved the curb appeal on our house. The house is much warmer and we're looking forward to lower heating bills. I highly recommend Affordable Windows, Doors and More. The service was very professional and as I mentioned, everyone with the company was a pleasure to work with. We're very happy!

Gina was outstanding. We had a problem with a previous window provider who went out of business. We found that out when 4 of our 10 windows leaked during a major rain storm. Gina was referred to us. Naturally with the potential water damage to the window jam and inside of our home, we were in a hurry to correct the situation. These windows were supposed to have a lifetime warranty. No such luck. When I called the previous business only to find out I would not be helped, I was naturally upset. That's when Gina came into our home. I made a phone call to Affordable and within the day, Gina was at our home to inspect the situation. The 4 windows were measured on the spot by her contractor and ordered that day. The contractor managed to seal the leaks so that we wouldn't have more leakage while we waited for the windows to be installed. Her prices were fair, the warranty is outstanding and she delivered as promised. Our windows were in within 10 days. Her contractor was on time, neat and efficient. Naturally she has become our "go to" for all future windows and doors. Over the last 4 years, Affordable has addressed our other window and door needs beautifully. Most recently she replaced 2 huge windows in our master bathroom with 6 transom windows. The house looks amazing from the outside as if these windows were with the house all along. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Affordable Windows and Doors and Gina Della. I would and continue to strongly recommend Gina and Affordable to all of our friends!

From the very first visit and consultation from the company owner, Gina, to the measurement and inspection by Jason, to the final installation and cleanup by Frank and Mike, the whole process was FLAWLESS. They even had to modify and do some custom trim work to make the window fit properly and the finished results look better than the original window. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

Coudn't have gone any smoother. Gina very professional and helpful with sorting out all of the little details Ended up going with laminate for head, seat and casing which I am very pleased with. Installers very professional and kept their cool - even when stung by infestation of hornets when removing old window! Job site cleaned up when finished as if no one had ever been there. Will definitely call in the future with any window needs.

Gina is very professional and friendly, she is not pushy at all and being a business owner myself I do appreciate that. Our new bow window turned out beautiful and we ordered 2 more windows, we will be doing more in the future. Josh and the installers were great on time and cleaned up everything. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Gina spent a substantial amount of time with us explaining the process. We learned the ins and outs of windows. Gina was extremely knowledgable in all areas, from manufacture to installation. After Gina completed the purchase requisition we knew we had the windows that best fit our home and budget.
Installation was equally as satisfying. The crew was prompt and courteous. Their attention to detail, from removing their shoes every time they entered the house, to clean up and care for the landscaping is second to none in our home repair experiences. The finished product speaks for itself. These windows are a wonderful upgrade to our home.

I called her beforehand to check on the price of items. When she came out to the house, the prices were different than she had said over the phone for a sliding glass door. I did not want her services at the prices she could offer, so I called Angie’s List for a refund. She did come out the day I made the order, so it was prompt response. The doors on display looked like they were good quality, but just seemed too pricey compared to what I was expecting.

"This is VERY disappointing and CONCERNING to me. I have never, ever had anything like this happen to me with my business. I was a court reporter for 16 years, and I checked the verbiage of this "Big Deal" with a fine tooth comb as did Matt Fowler, my account representative. The "Big Deal" clearly in several spots stated that the Voucher was good TOWARDS the purchase of.... 5 or more windows, a patio door, bay/bow, entry door system, or siding. The customer told me she spoke to me last week and asked me if it could be used for a patio door. I said "yes." I vaguely remember speaking with her as I had several calls regarding this voucher. Tuesday during the day, the customer called me again and said she spoke with me last week, and said she mentioned the patio door was 6' but she now knows it's 5', will the voucher work for a 5' door. I said yes. She then said "okay, I am going to purchase the voucher right now as it's the last day. How soon can you come out to my property because the house is sold and I need the work completed before closing." I offered to immediately go that evening. Upon arrival, she proceeded to the bedroom where the patio door was located. It indeed was 5', she needed the upgrade option of woodgrain interior and the second upgrade option of a dark brown exterior. The base price of the patio door was $2,000 as white interior and exterior. The add-on woodgrain was $194 and the exterior brown add-on was $146. As I always do, I showed her my price book so she knew I wasn't just picking these numbers out of the air. As I bent over to grab the trim colors out of my bag, she said "wait a minute", so this door is $2000? I said "well, no, actually it's $2340, but we will then take off from that total your $500 credit for purchasing the Voucher. She said "so the door is not free with my voucher?" I almost died. I didn't know if she was joking... I said "no, of course not. The installers alone will charge me $494 to put it in and we haven't even ordered the patio door yet." She said "I called last week and you told me the door is FREE. " I said, "ma'am that's impossible. Think about this. You purchase a voucher for $250, you pay that to Angie's List. I have nothing to do with that. Now you come to me and you get $500 off TOWARDS the cost of a patio door. Where would I even have an exchange of money to pay for the door?" She responded, "well, yeah, I thought that was a great deal, but that's what you told me and it would be FREE!" I patiently explained there must have obviously been some sort of a miscommunication because you cannot even go to Home Depot or Menard's and buy their cheapest patio door off of the floor UNINSTALLED for - let's just say - the cost of your $250 voucher. I told her that there was no need to worry, just call Angie's List tomorrow. Angie's List is SO awesome, they will immediately refund your $250. I told her to call Bob's Glass in Waukesha, and she said "well, that's just what I'm going to do. That was only $375 to replace the glass. This is crazy to me that the voucher, which I am looking at again at this very moment, CLEARLY says in 3 different spots that it is good for $500 TOWARDS the purchase of the patio door. Of course when she called and said can I use it for a door I replied yes, because she could. Sadly, now I have this ridiculous "C" review for something so absurd and that's totally out of my control."

All work to be done was thoroughly explained to me in advance. I was shown and explained the construction of the windows before they were installed. I was very pleased to learn there is a lifetime warranty on all the windows I had installed. On installation day, the installers were prompt, they worked quickly and efficiently. They were even done ahead of schedule! I am very very pleased with the results. I love my windows! I will definitely be using Affordable Windows Doors and More in the future. The installers were pleasant and the president of the company was very nice to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about Gina at Affordable Windows and Doors! We called her for a quote and she came to our house on a Saturday morning since that worked best for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable and honest about the options to replace our windows and door. She never tried to push us to purchase more expensive options that we did not want for our home. While we were debating the purchase, she was always incredibly prompt to respond to any questions we had. When we did decide to purchase, she got the process rolling quickly, both on the windows themselves and setting up financing options for us. Also, at the time we purchased an upgraded option came available that she did for us without changing the price. Further, she kept her word about every aspect of the process. When it came to installation day, there was significantly more damage to our sliding door than anyone had anticipated. When she did the quote, she told us she would absorb most additional costs that came up and she maintained that when this damage was discovered. She was also quick to handle the situation even though her husband was having surgery that day. We absolutely love our new windows and door and could not be happier. We definitely plan to use Affordable Windows and Doors in the future when we replace our basement hopper and egress windows.

Gina is wonderful to work with; she is professional and shows she truly cares about her customers. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all very clean with their work. I think the work area was cleaner after they left than before they came! I hired Affordable windows to replace two of three windows in one of our bedrooms. The third window had been replaced by our house's previous owners; the two windows I purchased through Affordable Windows are a near-perfect match to the existing window. I would recommend Affordable Windows to anyone and look forward to contacting them when the need arises.

Being in construction for nearly 30 yrs as a carpenter and later owning my own general contracting business, I have installed or had others install thousands of all types of windows over the years. When it came time to get new windows for our home we made the best decision ever by selecting Affordable Windows. As a contractor I did my due diligence and interviewed many companies looking for the best quality windows for the right price. We looked at the large well known companies (which were tough to get out of our home to say the least) to small companies. Gina from Affordable Windows was hands down the easiest and most forthright when answering our questions and explaining the product she stands by. She let us see how the pricing was figured out so we were confident there were no "hidden" charges and we were paying for the quality windows/doors we hoped for. The Alside windows we chose were comparable to the same windows the large companies showed us and were half the price! We also had a very welcomed visit to Alside and were able to talk directly with the manufacturer. From the moment we started this process with Gina to the last walkthrough after installation, she was always accessible and promptly took care of any questions that came up during installation. We also really appreciated that she ensured us from the 1st day the installers arrived that our home was a priority and our job would be complete before they moved onto their next job. Our experience with Affordable Windows, Alside, and their professional team of installers/carpenters (Jason, Josh, Mike & Jake) was the single easiest experience we have had in the business and definitely very good reasonable money spent. We obtained estimates from five different companies, including Affordable Windows. After making considerable comparisons, we definitely wanted to go with Affordable Windows, but it didn't appear they offered a type of window frame design that we had seen in a competitor's brochure. Gina's installer, John, came over, looked at our existing windows and at the picture in the brochure and said he could certainly do it. He took some measurements and within one day we received an estimate from Gina as to the cost. John built the "extended jamb" window frames right in our garage and installed them. He also trimmed out / capped around our four garage windows where the wood was peeling and and looking dated, so the trim matched our three new double-hung windows. We also purchased new Gerkin storm doors that were glass from top to bottom (with the exception of two small vents at the bottom, which our cats love!) Gina and John both listened to what we wanted, and our new windows are both functional and beautiful. We could not be happier with the personal and professional service we received, and highly recommend Affordable Windows.

I LOVE MY WINDOWS! I thought since we built our home that we had great windows. Found out that our windows were just glass and didn't keep out the cold or the hot. Gina Della is very good at explaining everything you want to know about windows and it all came true. Our heating and air bills are lower and the rooms with the new windows are far more comfortable than our rooms with our original windows. Scheduling was easy, cleanup was great! My windows have not been as clean as they were in the winter of 2009 when our first windows were installed! I give Affordable an A plus in customer service and follow up after everything is finished!
