fitness trainer
 + -1 moreHe is really good and the price for his service was included with my purchase of the elliptical. He gives challenging routines and suggestions for routines that I can do in-between my strength training to keep it challenging.
Description of Work: I purchased an elliptical from 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment and I also have a trainer there who has worked with me a few times. The last time I used him was 2 weeks ago.
