I had my roof replaced by 123 Exteriors in 2020. Prior to this, I had no issues with leaks or paint damage in my garage. However, in spring 2024, I started noticing peeling paint on the ceiling and walls of my garage. Initially, I thought it was just aging, but by November 2024, water started leaking through the ceiling. I immediately contacted 123 Exteriors, but they did not respond quickly. I had to call multiple times over a week before they finally sent someone. When they came, they only fixed the exterior roof and said they would also address the interior damage later. However, after initially promising to fix the interior, the company changed their stance. First, they suggested we split the repair cost 50/50, and then later they completely refused responsibility, claiming it was not their fault. Key points: No leaks or ceiling damage before the roof replacement (2020) Paint started peeling in 2024, likely due to a slow leak from improper roof installation Water began leaking in November 2024, indicating long-term internal damage Company delayed repairs, required multiple follow-ups, and only addressed the exterior They initially promised to fix the interior, then later refused responsibility Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable roofing service.

Easy to work with. Joe was very knowledgeable and worked with the insurance company to ensure all work was completed and thorough.

Original work was done in October of 2013 very promptly.  There was one item that we discovered in November of 2013 that needed to be fixed but couldn't be completed until the fall of 2014.  We played telephone tag with the general manager for 123 Exteriors for a few months but eventually the work was completed satisfactorily by late fall 2014.

Kind, friendly, eager to satisfy customer. It seemed like they were in too much of a hurry to get on to the next job. I had to solicit receipt for payment and warranty information. There is still a small repair to be made (December 2013) I trust they will take care of it.

Advised us that we had to file our claim within 1 year of the hail storm(which we did not know).  As a result  Darius worked with our insurance company and the work was completed in 2 days.  Our house is 4,000 square feet.  Darius was a pleasure to work with and was back to make sure we were satisfied.  I would highly recommend 123 exteriors- very professional!

The project went very well.  The crew was very professional with the installation.  The kept us informed about what they were doing and asked us for our input several times throughout the project.  Our house looks great.  We have received many compliments from friends and neighbors.  They started and finished when they said they would.  Any issues were taken care of immediately.  The clean up process also went very well  We would recommend 1-2-3-exteriors for your project.

I am very pleased with this company. I have a large 2 story home about 110 years old. Before the siding it was just wood on the out side with Paint pealing every where.  They did my entire house at a very reasonable cost. They were here 3 1/2 days  every morning on time and worked 12 + hours a day the first 3 days. The workers were friendly, very professional and cleaned up their mess when they were finished for the day. On the first day of work the Representative who came to give the estimate came with a beautiful floral arrangement as a thank you gift, and he was here each day after checking on the progress of the house.   Looking at my house now you would never recognize it. I'm still in auhh every time I look at it. Now next Spring my roof has to be replaced, I would definitely call 123 Exteriors back out for that job. Very, Very Happy.  :)

Service was exceptional from our initial contact with 123 until completion of our remodel. Darius was very thorough and timely with our questions and requests. Osman was our crew lead and he demonstrated his technical and professional skills the entire job. The crew was very dedicated to complete the job as stated and within the timeframe provided.

Darius at 123 Exteriors went above and beyond to assist us in our siding project after Home Depot suddenly pulled out of servicing us. We had to replace our siding based on our Buyer's inspection report. Buyer found rotting siding (a recalled board) and we were tasked with replacing it prior to closing or buyer could walk. We originally went with Home Depot for their financing options and Home Depot promised they could get the job done in time. We waited three weeks and heard nothing. When we finally got a hold of someone they determined that it would be too difficult to get a team out to do our three story home.
Darius stepped up and showed up that day to go through everything that was needed. He assured us that we would have the siding project done in time. At this point - we had a week and a half to complete a $24,000 siding project. They were able to rush order the materials, get a huge team on the job, and worked straight through the weekend from sunup to sundown.
Not only was the job done on time and we were able to move - but the finished product looked beautiful.
I would highly recommend working with Darius at 123 Exteriors. We will certainly be using him for our new home.

It was amazing all the work was done in one day. They had the yard all cleaned up and came back the next day to make sure they didn't miss anything. I would high recommend them.

123 Exteriors was doing repair work in our neighborhood caused by a hail storm. Our neighbors recommended them, and we met with Jackie, the rep who had contacted them. She met with us at our convenience, and was very clear on what she did, how their company worked, and what we could expect from them. She did a thorough inspection of our home and detailed the damage she found. After we contacted the insurance company, Jackie met with their inspector, saving us from having to leave work. After we got the insurance damage coverage, we worked with Jackie to make sure the work we wanted done was covered. She helped us select materials and set a rough work date. She kept us updated via phone and email on weather caused changes to the schedule, and when our final work date was set. Believe it or not, they replaced our entire roof in just one day. Jackie was at our home several times throughout that day, making sure the work was being done properly and our landscaping was being protected. She inspected the work with me at the end of the day, and had the crew redo a section of the roof I had a question on. I have to say that Jackie is one of the hardest-working individuals I have ever met, and that is on top of her friendly personality, professionalism, and thorough knowledge of the business. We are extremely pleased with the results and can't recommend 123 Exteriors, and especially Jackie, highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Outstanding; they arrived when they said they would, very polite, professional crew. They listened to what we had to say what we had to say and made changes if we asked. they arrived at 8:30 am and were finished at 2:30pm the same day, That included thorough clean up, triple checking for nails. Very impressive.

My experience with 123 Exteriors was excellent.  From the initial contact to the final completion they were very professional.  They started and completed the project on schedule and I am very happy with the work they did. When they were done with the roof they took the extra time necessary to properly clean up the yard.  The yard was clean and I could find no nails or roofing marerials left behind. I would recomend 123 Exteriors for any home exterior project.

Recently we had a new roof and new siding put on our house. We hired 123 Exteriors to do the work. I have to say it was a very good experience. From the very beginning when dealing with their representative the  whole process was fast, easy and professional.
At all times we were advised as to what was going to happen and when. The roofers and siding workers were polite and professional and above all did a wonderful job. When they were finished they made sure everything was cleaned up and we had no extra nails, siding, etc. to pick up. They were also open to fixing anything that was a little off with no compliant. I would use them again for any work that we needed done and would recommend them to others.

The whole experience was very smooth and stress free. They took care of all of the paperwork, even sending in the insurance check to our mortgage company for a signature. They communicated all work, time frames, and information we needed to make everything run smoothly.  They followed up with asking how it looks and if we had any questions or concerns. Again, they took care of everything. Their work was outstanding from start to finish.

From the initial sale through the installation and cleanup, we could not have been more pleased with 123 Exteriors.  We have had very bad situations with contractors in the past, making us leery to choose any contractor without being 100% confident in their craft.  What struck us was from the intial sale, Jackie of 123 Exteriors was our advocate.  She played a critical role in alleviating many of our concerns and making sure she recognized us as more than just another client.  The installation was flawless, completing everything they promised us during the sales process.  The crew was on time, ready to work, and diligent in their tasks. 
Overall, it was a welcome experience when a contractor delivers on their promise.  We recommend 123 Exteriors as a company and feel that we were treated with the same respect as they did for our home itself. 

123 Exteriors handled our request in a very professional manner. They quickly provided an evaluation of the house to help determine the scope of work. As this was an insurance claim, they made sure of their availability on the day the insurance adjuster visited the house. The representatives for 123 Exteriors were always on time and every promised time and date was delivered upon. 123 Exteriors delivered on their promise to have the work completed in single day.

The experience was one that we are still in awe of how quickly and efficiently the job was completed. From start to finish, it was never stressful for us. It was actually a very pleasant experience. We would recommend them to anyone!

The sales person, Jackie, was thru our neighborhood a few times and I finally talked to her about the company and their services. I was skeptical at first but that didn't last long. Darius, the manager, knows what he is talking about. He and Jackie are professional, responsive and there when they say they are going to be there. From the time the insurance company was contacted originally to the time we had new siding, roof and gutters was probably right around 10 to 12 days.We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone!

123 Exteriors went door-to-door in our subdivision as a hail storm passed through earlier in the Spring.  They made us aware of this storm (which we originally were not aware of) and said there may be damage to our home, which they were willing to look at free of charge.  If damage was found they would ask us to contact our insurance company and put in a damage to property claim, which we did.  What was nice is that they came out the night before our insurance adjuster was going to arrive and marked all dents and dings so would be able to easily identify to adjuster where the damage was.  They also came out the next day and were present when insurance adjuster showed up, which is a real benefit to any homeowner looking to file a claim.
After we were approved for a new roof and siding, my wife and I sat down with 123 and discussed in detail work that was going to be done and selected the type/style of roof and siding we wanted to have installed.  Their crew showed up the next week on two consecutive days (two different crews with expertise in each area) and finished the roof on the first day and the siding on the second.  Their work was flawless and crews were very respectful of our property.  Also did a thorough job of cleaning up after each job was complete! 
123 was also very accommodating in reinstalling our shutters on windows.  We wanted to have the chance to paint these while they were off during siding replacement, so 123 said we could paint and allow for them to dry and would come out two days later to hang the shutters back up (exactly what happened).
Overall, a very satisfied customer who would call 123 for any further work pertaining to the exterior of our property!!
